Best Water Heater Problem in Louisville KY

Did what was wanted for the quoted price.

The workmen were efficient, neat and professional however, the price was excessive. I am partly to blame as I did not get a price prior to them showing up for the job but $1400 is excessive by about $300 for the installation of a standard 55 gallon water heater. I had three other companies over to bid a floor drain problem and each one stated I'd been taken advantage of. DO NOT let them in without a firm price! If they will rip off an old widow lady they will take advantage of you for sure!!

Eric, Sera, Tanner, and Tyler were great in dealing with our unique situation we had with our kitchen sink and faucet. They were all very understanding on what we wanted done and were able to get it done! Locally and family owned which shows! Having a house built in 1925 has it qwerks but they were able to problem solve and install our new sink/faucet. Would recommend!

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. Blackburn and Davis is a rip off. I called them to check out my a/c because the fan motor stopped working and before the tech even made it to the basement he said I'll bet the heat exchanger is cracked. He pulled the motor out and said yep it's cracked. He said it will cost $6700.00 to replace it. I told him to put it back together, I was going to get another opinion. Later that day, the other company came. The first thing he said is who the hell has been working on this furnace the fan is not on the track and there's no bolts it in, very dangerous. He put it back together and replaced the capacitor and it was fixed, no cracked heat exchanger. I called twice to speak with the owner or manager at Blackburn and Davis but he wouldn't speak with me. They charged me $112.00 and won't refund my money.
