He was able to get that arranged and installed the following day. He was just such a breath of fresh air both professional and funny. We enjoyed the experience, which you can’t say very often.

Absolute installed new hose bibs on my 2 outdoor faucets so the pipes won’t freeze. They also installed lever handles on 2 water shut offs so they would be easier for me to use. Earlier this month they installed a new kitchen faucet. Both jobs were done by the great team of Courtney Eggens and Molly Noon. Very knowledgeable and polite. The job today included a young man named Brandon. Also very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service. I highly recommend them.

They have stayed true to the budget and cost they anticipated. Each time Jack has taken the time to make sure things got done correctly and efficiently. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company for any issues with plumbing. They came to my house to fix a leak in my sink and ice maker but $153 later nothing at all was fixed. RIPOFF. They suggest I have them come back out to find where the leak is coming from, there was no time to do it on that day. I bring in a plumber to fix a problem, not tighten a couple nuts and call it a day. At one point he fixed my ice maker but when I opened the door in front of him it was pouring out water. I honestly feel stupid I gave this company any money at all. Hopefully the new ones I have from another company coming in today can actually fix my problems. I'm planning on filing a claim for this outrageous bill when nothing was fixed and filing a report with the better business bureau. Thanks for NOTHING Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Hopefully this review will deter others from being ripped off as well.

Scheduled an appointment for service a few days ago. They were supposed to come out this morning between 9am/10am. My husband calls Scroggins when it's past 10am. Scroggins lies to my husband and tells him he didn't think we actually had an appointment! When we spoke on the phone I explained to him the work that needed to be done, he said he could do it Mon or Tues the following week, we agree on Tuesday between 9am & 10am for him to come out and do the work. So apparently this guy totally forgot about the appointment and decided he would lie to my husband rather than just explaining that he forgot - which would have been fine! Stuff happens. But lying was very disrespectful.. If you make an appointment, make sure to call them the day before to remind them or you'll be in a pickle like we are now!

They helped us when our water heater was leaking and we had no heat. He fixed some old fastenings and was very polite and professional. We will be using them again.

He also fought with the warranty company for is because he wanted to make sure he fixed everything the right way and not the cheap way.
