Aaron and his, I'm guessing, trainee were super friendly, explained what they were doing, made me feel comfortable having them in my home and did a great, quick job fixing a leak in my shower. I highly recommend having these guys work on any plumbing issues you have.

I called in the morning about 10:30 and got an appointment that same day between 12-2. The technician actually called at 11 and said he could come early. Jacob arrived at 11:30, looked at the job, quoted me a price, and had the service completed by 12:40. That was just over 2 hours after I called! Jacob did a great job explaining what was wrong and what the options were to fix the problem.

This service was excellent. Eric and Ray were competent, professional, and courteously personable.

What I thought was a simple clogging issue, it turned out my sewer ejecter went out. Levi was great. He explained the issue, and possible solutions. After removing my toilet, he realized it was a bigger job. He went right to work and kept me inform until the end. Thank you Levi!

Best plumbing service in the Louisville/Indiana area. Had a leak that flooded our whole basement coming from a sump pump that had been tripped off. He reset the pump and we were able to drain the water out. Later, the pump had failed and the water had came back but deeper. He came back out and installed a new sump pump and drained all the water out. This was the only plumbing service that we could ever get ahold of in an emergency that was willing to show up, and they actually knew what they were doing. All of our things could have been ruined had we not called them.

They were prompt and on time. I had some bathroom remodeling work to get done and they had to climb in the attic and deal with some improperly done electric in the past. The gentleman had to change out some junction boxes and I was with him the whole time and saw how messy and untapped the prior electric work was so I know they didn't take any shortcuts and likely prevented a house fire. The gentleman didn't stop working the whole time was focused ao there was no wasted time nor billing. The price for the firat viait when having to go i to the attic was a bit high, 1k for 5 hours of work, but that included aome junction boxes and sockets etc. I would have guessed 600-700. However, he communicated what he was doing the whole time and showing me everything that was going on. Again he didn't waste any time or sit idle. The second visit they came back to do some finish up work after the drywaller's. He was here from 9 AM, on time, until 430 and put in several fans and lights and removed old wiring. I also have Chase a mouse out of the attic. He had to run and go get some supplies and ran an exhaust line from the bathroom fan that should've been installed when the house was built. He did very good work and was very dilligent. This time it was $900 total for working all day from 9-5.
Although a bit high, it was major work and lots of redoing bad work from the builder. I will use them again.

Louisville Mechanical replaced my tired and aging furnace and AC with a high efficiency HVAC system. The installer was very experienced with many years in the HVAC industry he called prior to arrival and was always on time. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing!

The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed same day, he did not leave until the heat was back on. The installer came back the next morning and installed the outside AC unit. He tested the complete system and went over the operation and maintenance.

Since we were so happy with Louisville Mechanical, I had them replace my old water heater with a high efficiency tankless unit. This involved draining and hauling away the old water heater, installing the tankless unit with new plumbing, venting and electrical. Their installer arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. He went over the operation and maintenance and ensured we had hot water before he left.

I typically do not leave reviews but they made the entire experience very easy, their communication and workmanship was fantastic!

Prompt and courteous service. The electrician they sent was very helpful and explained the problem and the solution including the price before doing anything. I have used other companies in the past, but from now on it will be Bryant for anything I need done. :)

Summers did a great job helping us get our cabin ready for summer, cleaned the filters, fixed a leaky toilet and helped us clear out some rocks out of a water line. They are awesome!
