Best Plumbing Problem in Louisville KY

We had a block in our main line on a Saturday evening. Danny and Michael came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. They were respectful and ensured any leaks we had as a result of the backup were fixed.
Would definitely hire those 2 gentlemen again.

I wont trust anyone else in my house.

These gentlemen were Timely, thorough and fair priced. I was very happy with their service. They inspected my furnace and water heater and found some things wrong with it and fixed some and advised me on how to fix others things. Came out the same day. Good work guys! The lady on the phone was also great.

Jon Morrison was, by far, the best technician I have had the pleasure to work with since I moved to Indiana. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me how the thermostat worked. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, he developed a plan to get me more comfortable in this humidity. His knowledge of the equipment and the Company, Absolute Services, was reassuring and impressive. Absolute Services has my business for all of our systems.

Don is a super nice guy and not only fixed our hot water heater but took the time to explain what was wrong with it and showed me the faulty part. He was in and out within an hour and everything was fixed and back to normal! Thank you!

I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. Gudorf was very responsive, dispatching Logan with in hours. Logan was very professional and courteous. He patiently helped us chase down an elusive issue. We are very pleased with the service and will call Gudorf again.

I can finally sleep at night. Had a disconnected basement toilet that took in ground water whenever the ground water table rose. Required constant monitoring and vacing out whenever heavy rains occurred. I called Rotor Rooter in the morning and Paul was at my house within a few hours. Paul was absolutely the greatest. He took care of our long standing water problem quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. We will definitely be calling Rotor Rooter / Paul for all our future plumbing needs. Paul gets it done!!! Couldn't be happier with the job. Thank you Paul.
