He was very good. 5 stars for sure. He was very nice, helpful, and informative. He has been checking in on us since he left 2 days ago to make sure everything is still doing ok. I would call Vessels again because they could’ve sent someone & charged me a service charge to investigate but instead they referred me to the right company to fix my issue. It gets even better though… the septic company said if I hadn’t had it fixed when I did, I was close to having a major issue that would’ve cost me $20k to fix. Great service. Jeremiah was great. Diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to repair a main water pipe issue by our driveway.Cleanup was excellent. When he filled up the hole he dug, he placed the portions of the ground that had the grass back right where it was to begin with. Cannot tell a hole was even dug.Excellent work and very happy we were able to get water restored on such late notice.

I've interacted with Doug and this organization for a few years. The honesty and integrity of St. Matthews Plumbing truly sets them apart. I highly recommend.

Don Williams has died and this company is closed. The number goes to a Williams Plumbing and is a different owner. Poor service

Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.

Josh (the owner) did an excellent job installing our new water heater and fixing a leaky toilet. He is down to earth which I like. After Josh gave me an estimate I called around to a couple other plumbing companys and they could not match Plumb Rights pricing. Some of the other companies gave me estimates that were double of what Josh quoted me. These guys will get my return business.

The only good thing that I can say is that they show up promptly. After that, hide your wallet. They will push you in to a service contract for the price of the repair run. They blew out the condensation line back in the summer and of course I signed up for the service contract. When they came back to inspect/clean and service the furnace, I received a laundry list of problems. It worked so I didn’t have anything done. Two weeks later it will not turn on when it got cold. Called them back and they sent the guy who had been there previously and he wouldn’t even go look at the unit. Told me he was sure that it was the blower motor because he had noted that it was leaking some oil. Told me I needed to replace the heat exchanger before they could even look at the blower to the time of 3k or replace the whole unit for 6k. The next day they sent an estimator who looked at it briefly and told me the same thing. Today, I had another company come look at it and he took one look, said it’s your drip pan sensor, twisted the elbow back to vertical and problem solved. It took 10 seconds. Cost me $40 for the service call and the heat which had been out for 3 days was back on. No one had been near the unit since it was serviced weeks ago so I’m certain the original tech either in ignorance or in fraud twisted the pipe to cause the unit to fail. Stay away! Shysters only interested in selling overpriced new units.
