Great service. I had called 4 other places, 1 said he'd come and then didn't, 2 never returned my calls, the 4th said they couldn't come for at least a week. Glanz Buffat answered my call with a real person instead of voice mail, scheduled a visit for the next morning, showed up on time, found the problem, fixed it and didn't try to up-sell me stuff I didn't need. I was so impressed I purchased a maintenance agreement. This is the first time I've had enough confidence in a company to do that. Very happy and I'll recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Had a 400 water bill, he came and found that I had leaky toilet tanks. Repair was affordable and he wrote a letter to the water company which lead to a partial refund. Would recommend

Avante was great. He came out about a year ago, and did some repairs to our HVAC systems. He is very thorough in his inspections. Takes pictures to show what he is doing. A very knowledgeable tech. Very personable, trustworthy, honest, and has an excellent work ethic. We are going to be getting some work done, with his recommendations and we will be asking for him to do the repairs. Dante is good at what he does.

They won’t show up on time and blame you for it. They’ll do the bare minimum and you’ll have to go back and do the majority of the work. Just keep looking for another contractor.

We had Onsite replace our water service line that was leaking under our driveway. They were quick to respond and affordable. When they replaced the water service line, they cracked our sewer line. They stayed after business hours on a Friday to make sure the part they broke was fixed. Our yard was left an uneven mess, I wish they would've tried to pack it down before they left - it would've saved us from a lot of manual labor in the weeks to come. They did call and check to make sure nothing was leaking the following week, which was very much appreciated.

We had a water heater gas leak. The culprit...old, faulty water heater valves. Our Dauenhauer tech, Austin, was great! He installed new valves and thoroughly checked to ensure gas was not seeping through. Austin provided exceptional service, quality craftsmanship and didn't inflate the service cost. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Dauenhauer and Austin!

Louisville Mechanical replaced my tired and aging furnace and AC with a high efficiency HVAC system. The installer was very experienced with many years in the HVAC industry he called prior to arrival and was always on time. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing!

The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed same day, he did not leave until the heat was back on. The installer came back the next morning and installed the outside AC unit. He tested the complete system and went over the operation and maintenance.

Since we were so happy with Louisville Mechanical, I had them replace my old water heater with a high efficiency tankless unit. This involved draining and hauling away the old water heater, installing the tankless unit with new plumbing, venting and electrical. Their installer arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. He went over the operation and maintenance and ensured we had hot water before he left.

I typically do not leave reviews but they made the entire experience very easy, their communication and workmanship was fantastic!
