****UPDATE: After a 5th call (months later), I was directed to someone who followed through. Receipt for service and video were provided via email within the same day of the last phone call. Updated review to 4 stars from only 1.Exceptional professionalism while at our home, yet we never received the estimate via email, snail mail, or by phone despite 4 calls from us requesting it. We were also told we would receive a copy of the video which we needed for insurance. How are we to schedule for service if no one follows up? Unable to use the basement plumbing at all, we had to hire another company.

Unbelievably BAD business! First of all, they came to our home after our basement was flooded with 18 inches of sewage/water. Our gas water heater was sitting in this mess for several days. The plumber turned it ON and said we were ready to go. It was, according to a google search and several plumbers I spoke with (and an inspection by another plumber) later that day, a serious fire and explosion hazard, and should NOT have been done. I reported this to MSD (with whom we have a claim), and they sent the company back out to replace the water heater. After the job was done, I was told by a woman at the office (over the phone) that she would be getting in touch with me to give me a number to call to arrange the city code inspection. I never heard from her. I called back several weeks later and was given the information. I asked why no one never got in touch with me, and she said, I don't know. Maybe something was misplaced. What? It seems to me that this company is not at all concerned with their liability. First they do something that is extremely irresponsible. (I was told by several plumbers that the old water heater could have caught fire or exploded after it was turned back on.) Then, they don't make any effort whatsoever to arrange the code inspection. I don't trust them at all.

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

I am blown away from the friendly customer service to a two hour time frame of arrival, to installation of our water heater. We couldn't be more pleased. Give Kevin Cole a raise. He deserves it. We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.

These guys took great care of us -- even fixed a faucet at no extra charge! They did have to come back a second day to fix a major mishap, but they made good on it, repaired the mistake and didn't charge us for the second day. The final bill was completely reasonable. I will use them again!

Plumbright's plumbers are extremely courteous & friendly. Their response time is exceptional as well. My only issue is I had to have them out twice in both instances I used them as the initial repair was not successful.

Otherwise, no complaints and will likely use them again!

This company is great and reliable. Their employee named Logan is professional and shoots you straight on what you need done. I recommend this company to everyone that has issues with the HVAC system.

Called 1 week and 3 days ago for an appointment on a Monday for a clogged drain. Received several texts they were coming today (Monday) and I confirmed. No one ever called me to give me an idea of when they would be coming. I called two times 8:30 and 11:30 to ask for a window of time so I was not waiting all day for them. I was told they were still working on the schedule. It is 315pm and I still have not heard from them. They are inconsiderate of my time. I would not use.
