Jacob did a fantastic job advising on our garage door. Out of no where our garage door would not close but the motor still worked. Jacob came out to the home and not only advised us as to what was going on, but he also gave us several options to chose from. This allowed us to make the most economical decision while still receiving a quality product. The more impressive thing honestly was how Jacob fixed our garage door by himself (to me it seemed like a two person job). I really appreciated him and would definite use these services again!

Called them to snake our lines. After leaving we had to call them back to cap the clean out cap. We then had to call them back because we still had an issue. They were to quote the need for new lines, as they considered it health hazard ... then wanted to do the work prior to giving a quote. Meanwhile my wife had called many times asking to speak to a manager... no call backs. Called another plumber, and the issue is fixed (for less than what Greenwell charged). It has been 3 weeks and still no issues with the master plumbers work, or a call back from Greenwell. Will never use again and won't be recommending them.

Really like St.Matthews Plumbing but gave 4 stars because I thought it was quite expensive to have my 2 faucets replaced.

We had a clogged drain in our basement. He showed up on time, answered question, got the job done and was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Called late on Saturday came out Sunday diagnosed the problem got part Monday and up n running that day

They were recommended to me from a friend, I called and he told me he could come later that day. He called to let me know he was on the way. Got here and went right to the problem, I had two toilets that were not working and the third was clunking real loud when it flushed. I now have three working toilets that you can’t even hear them hardly when flushed. He also looked at my hot water heater because I was hearing a drip sound. Did not charge me for assessing that issue. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater because it is 15 years old and it is upstairs. So they will be replacing the hot water heater and any other plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Did not break the bank either!
