My technician, Mr. Michael Polequin, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful Professional to the max, that is Michael!! He walked me through the things I needed to have my home run more efficiently! I signed up for the maintenance program as well as I am having him install a garbage disposal and faucet replacement on our guest bathroom within the next week. He unclogged our sink efficiently! Also, we are considering the home generator as well as upgrading our entire heating and cooling system! Monday night, my garage door did not want to open all the way. I googled some garage door repair businesses and decided on Absolute Services because they didn't charge a service fee. They were on time Tuesday morning. The service professional called before he came, also I had a picture of him on my phone. Josh, was a likable young man, who went right to work. He checked my garage door and told me after a few minutes that the problem wasn't the motor but the springs. He quoted me a couple of prices and said that he could have the door fixed in about 45 minutes. He had to leave to get a part but he returned promptly, got to work and now my garage door works again. Absolute fixes alot of things around the house, I will call on them again. Very happy with the whole experience. I wish they all could be this carefree.

I called Gudorf to help me install an outlet for my microwave. I had a service tech here the next day. Paul was very polite and got right to the job. He new what he was doing. He even helped me install the microwave. I would definitely recommend Gudorf from my experience.

Dylan was very respectful and a gentleman. When we let Greenwell know we needed some repair work done to our water heater he was at the store right away. We appreciate him and the Greenwell family for coming out when we needed help. Always trusting Dylan and the Greenwell company with any future repairs needed.

I thought I was paying for a $69 HVAC system check, as their television commercials promote. Apparently, their system check means checking to see if the HVAC system exists, because the technician didn't even look at my indoor coils, and he didn't put a multimeter or gauges on anything. I wanted my freon levels checked, but the guy said I have a mobile home system, and he's supposedly not allowed to test those (I don't live in a manufactured home). He also charged my credit card over $110, which I didn't find out about until after he left (I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company). The technician actually complained about showing up at 8PM (he was late), so that's possibly why I didn't get what I was paying for. Either way, I'll never hire Maeser for anything again.

I contacted New Circle on 10/30/18 to help me determine if my microwave problems (kept shorting out) were due to a broader electrical issue. They tightened the breaker and said it may need further investigation if the microwave problem persisted. I paid $231.60 for this advice.

I contacted New Circle again on 3/14/19 as the microwave problems continued. This time they noted several electrical panel issues and recommended a $2,500 new system. I paid $220 for this advice.

At this point, New Circle had not addressed my primary concern: is my electrical system causing my microwave to malfunction? However, they had collected $451.60.

I then contacted another electrician that quickly realized that the electrical system was providing enough amps for the microwave and that it must be an issue with the microwave.

GE has confirmed this microwave had been recently redesigned due to a bad door sensor. They are replacing the microwave.

I explained the situation to New Circle and requested a refund of at least one of the two charges. I did not originally ask them if I needed a new electrical system. I asked them if the electrical system was causing the microwave to short out. They misdiagnosed the problem, tried to up-sell me a $2,500 system and is now arguing that lightning or a power surge caused the issues with my breakers and microwave. They charged me $451.60 for this level of service.

You were there when you said you would be. You worked methodically and quickly. You got the problem diagnosed, even if you couldn't fix it. You are paid for what you know more than for what you do. You were both polite. That's why we called your company again.
