It’s really simple-if you have a huge project to get done(we did), these are your guys! Jon was lead manager, very informative on regulations and what needed to be done! If you have a small job-they are still the ones to call!! But Jerry and Kelly were the guys in our house for the duration! They became family! We had other renovations to do, b/c why not. When you have to do the job that they needed to do, might as well do it all at once. Jerry and Kelly were so great! They would always clean up each day, knowing they were coming back the next! You can comfortably leave them in the house while you work! We did and had zero problem doing so. It took about five minutes to learn you could trust everyone in this company!

If you want GREAT, QUALITY WORK, at a very fair and affordable price, call this company! Literally they beat every quote, and we are soooooo damn glad we chose them! I would recommend them 10/10 times to anyone!!

So far I only got an estimate for replacement of chain link fence. Estimator was timely, professional, flexible for what I wanted, and very knowledgeable. Pricing seemed very fair based on what I needed. Plan to hire next month

Diagnosed leak under kitchen sink. Obtained and installed replacement garbage disposal. Kept us informed of the project, progress, and what to expect going forward. Appeared knowledgeable.Luke also arranged for the office to transmit an invoice from last year.

We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.

We had Onsite replace our water service line that was leaking under our driveway. They were quick to respond and affordable. When they replaced the water service line, they cracked our sewer line. They stayed after business hours on a Friday to make sure the part they broke was fixed. Our yard was left an uneven mess, I wish they would've tried to pack it down before they left - it would've saved us from a lot of manual labor in the weeks to come. They did call and check to make sure nothing was leaking the following week, which was very much appreciated.

We are currently having work done by NCM and so far are very happy with their services. They are honest, knowledgable and professional. Thankful to have found them to do the electrical work we need!

Extremely happy with the service I got from this company! Came out same day early in the morning, and did exactly what I wanted/needed! Simple and quick, and had me running cold air again. Straight forward and honest

The technician (Darryl) was very professional and polite from the time that he arrived until the time that he left. Darryl took time to explain what actions were needed initially. Darryl took the time to explain the starting cost for the service and if there was more issues throughout the service that the price would change. As the service call progressed Darryl let me what needed to happen and having disclosed the cost earlier I wasn't caught off-guard as the price changed to ensure I got the desired outcome.

Were supposed to come between 2:00-4:00 P.M. and came before noon. I wasn’t home but my husband let them in. He doesn’t know if they went in the basement. All they said to him was everything was ok. Well one sink in the master doesn’t work. The drain plug doesn’t work. I was hoping they would fix that. I will call Greenwell to get it fixed.
