The tech that came to our house was great and super helpful I’d rate him alone 5 stars BUT waited over 24 hours for someone to actually come. The schedulers kept telling us someone was coming and we’re next everytime we checked in with them. Then they called us at end of day to tell us “other emergencies came up” and tried to get us to pay $99 to be on call instead of putting us first in line for the following morning after being without a toilet for multiple days. They need better management!

Travis did an excellent job repairing our garage doors. This company is very professional and reasonable for a variety of services. Their annual membership program is well worth the money.

Jeremy Cusack with Watson mechanical did necessary repairs in my bathroom remodel. Repairs included tub replacement, faucet replacement, and waste and overflow replacement. Jeremy was very professional, polite, prepared, efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone I know and will call him again if I have any additional plumbing projects. Very bad company. Took advantage of the elderly. Seems to be proud of it. As you can tell by other reviews you really need to stay clear of companies that borderline criminal and are definitely unethical. Owner seriously lacks any moral fiber.

I had called them on a weekend to come fix my faucet that connects to my refrigerator. It was leaking into my basement and they sent someone out after I explained what was wrong and that they either needed to cap it off or replace the faucet all together. So the repair man comes out and charges the weekend fee but didn't have the proper equipment to fix it and said he would send someone out to replace it later that week. They sent someone back out 2 days later and he spent 15 minutes and charged me for the parts which were under $20 but charged me the full hour fee...I called to complain that the total time spent on fixing my leak was about 25 minutes total (including the weekend) and that they charged me for the weekend hour and the initial hour during the week and they should have either sent someone the first time to fix it or not charged another hour for work they didn't complete properly the first day. They were to call me back and let me know what they would do about it but needless to say they won't and I ended up spending around 250.00 for something that should have cost me a total of 120.00. I will never use or recommend them to anyone!

I was referred to New Circle Mechanical by a friend and contacted them to set up an A/C check and clean inspection. Jason promptly returned my call and was able to set me up with an appointment the following day. I was given a 4-hour window and was pleasantly surprised when Shawn called to tell me he was on his way about 20 minutes before the start of the time window. Shawn was patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. When it came time to pay, there was a discrepancy between the special Jason quoted and the charge Shawn wrote up, but Shawn quickly made it right. Will definitely be calling for a quote once we are ready to replace our HVAC system.

Jacob was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and easy to communicate with.The installation team of Keith and Khahn were phenominal! A complete removal of old system and installation of new in less than 5 hours! WOW!!! That's impressive! They were both also very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and respectful young men. Louisville Mechanical replaced my tired and aging furnace and AC with a high efficiency HVAC system. The installer was very experienced with many years in the HVAC industry he called prior to arrival and was always on time. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing!

The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed same day, he did not leave until the heat was back on. The installer came back the next morning and installed the outside AC unit. He tested the complete system and went over the operation and maintenance.

Since we were so happy with Louisville Mechanical, I had them replace my old water heater with a high efficiency tankless unit. This involved draining and hauling away the old water heater, installing the tankless unit with new plumbing, venting and electrical. Their installer arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. He went over the operation and maintenance and ensured we had hot water before he left.

I typically do not leave reviews but they made the entire experience very easy, their communication and workmanship was fantastic!
