We needed plumbing service for sewer pipe replacement. GR Plumbing arrived timely. They were very professional, thorough and answered all the questions we had. I had to have the main gas line replaced. Riley was the tech on site and who gave me the estimate. A bit of sticker shock. However, with the scope of the project, I realized the price was fair. The guys were here everyday on time, worked hard, took care not to mess the yard up beyond the 80 foot trench and when they were done and the inspector came, Paul came out to fill the trench back in. Paul was very professional and conscientious about making everything just as it was before. Everyone was nice. Elyse and Aracely in the office were very nice and made sure all my problems were followed up on and addressed. I would definitely recommend Ford's Plumbing to anyone in search of good service. For what it's worth, I found them on Angie's List where I also found a roofer who I'm equally pleased with.

We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower. Despite calling Rocket three times to inquire about having their help, my husband has still not received a call back since yesterday morning. Completely disappointed.

Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!

shower clogged few days ago and then I realized the main line is clogged. Called A1 to schedule an appointment. Came right on time to unclog the drain for me. They also use a drain video camera to check the pipe and make sure the pipe looks ok. There are some tree root issues and they gave us a quote for the repair. Answer all our questions... and did we say video inspection... thanks god we didn't have any collapse pipes! They also have this alien looking probe thing that tell you where the camera is so I now know where the drain line is actually going!

We had an overflow pipe leak in the upstairs bathroom that was dripping through the downstairs ceiling, and Alex and his team were so responsive, helpful, fast, clean, and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!
