The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. Micel Plumber Los Angeles the only plumbing and heating company I will call or recommend. Over the years and two homes Action has redone our waste lines for a bathroom and the kitchen, installed a bathroom fan, resurrected a heater, installed a kitchen sink and new designer faucet, plumbed a clawfoot tub and two shower-tubs, as well as fixing a leaky faucet or two. I am always more than happy to recommend this amazing company!

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

After all the struggles and the rips off I received from other companies I finally found someone who can be honest with me and I can trust with my home. My main line was clogged and I had a different company come out and they were overpriced. Until Micel Plumber crossed my path and I decided to try someone else. Well, let me just say they are awesome and affordable!!! From now on I will for sure continue to use them and trust their honest work, thank you Shawn and his partner for their big help.

The plumber did a thorough job, being always professional and listening to my concerns. He took the time and effort to diagnose root causes, perform tests and propose solutions. We were very pleased with Micel Plumber.

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.
