New Generation Plumbing

Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.

Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.

Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

I called New Generation plumbing get an estimate and replace a main shut off valve along with a hose bib. They responded very quickly with a competitive estimate and showed up the next day on time. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again

Martin and the folks at New Generation are truly the most professional, kind and competent tradesman in the game. I’ve been using New Generation for years now and will continue to for as long as they are around. Martin came by today to fix a hot water issue with the kitchen faucet and he came by within 30 minutes of the call into headquarters, fixed the issue in 10 minutes FREE of charge. Don’t waste your time with anybody else! Wish i could give 10 stars.

Their NextGen price was $4500.00 and I thought that was high so I hesitated. They said the job would be three guys for five hours all inclusive materials. I told them that I'm looking for $2000.00 or less, I think $1600.00 will prove to be enough for a competent team. Let us see what happens.

It's hard to find a bad thing to say about these folks. Our outdoor drain mouth was clogged with mud, which meant water was pooling behind our retaining wall...not good! David and Martín came out and spent close to an hour inspecting everything. They figured out that, while the mud trap was full, the line itself was completely clean and did not need any expensive hydrojetting. Because estimates and inspections are free, that meant they just scooped out the trap, reinstalled the grate, and told me to have a nice day. No charge at all. It's hard to find a place in Los Angeles that won't find a way to charge you if they can, but these guys were more interested in their reputation and honoring their word about free inspections. That's the kind of business I want to support and have in my community. I will call New Generation again any time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks, David and Martín!

Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. Had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I was pleasantly greeted by a real person to make my appointment. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Such a well-informed and professional team. They took really important precautions, assessed the situation quickly, gave us options, and solved it as seamlessly as possible. They made an unexpected, large expense a much smaller headache than it could have been!

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Very happy with this plumbing service. I actually called them after the first place I tried dropped the ball. New generation crushed it. Fast and very good work replacing all my copper piping. Good price from what I could tell.

The faucet cartridge in one of our bathtubs was installed incorrectly and we were having a hard time replacing it ourselves. Years of hard water calcium deposits had essentially turned to concrete and when we tried to remove the cartridge it broke into pieces. We needed a quick fix so we could turn our water back on.

I called New Generation and they had a couple of guys out here within about 1 hour. They were funny and professional and explained the problem and how they were going to proceed to fix it. It took them about 1 hour to fully remove the old cartridge and get the new one installed.

We were grateful that they were able to get here so quickly! Thanks guys!

I've been relying on Fernando for solving our plumbing problems for three years now and am happy to give him and New Generation 5 stars. He is excellent, thorough and quick to reply. I couldn't recommend him more and feel very lucky to know about him and New Generation. Just last week I gave him a call at 3pm on a Friday about a broken sink and he had a replacement installed and everything running before 5! He and his team are solid guys: very friendly, very considerate and they do really solid work. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

We've used New Generation Plumbing several times over the last year for a variety of issues, and they have always been fantastic. Most recently, we encountered a plumbing problem late on a Sunday evening, when we thought no one would be available, and they were able to have someone out to our property in 15 minutes. Fernando was prompt in coming out to provide an estimate. And, he did a very thorough review of my overall plumbing situation. Fernando and his guys are some of the best people we have ever worked with. We bought our house just as we were nearing our wedding date and had a list of things to do. They really helped ease our stress and get everything done. He made himself available to us any time, day or night. We even had them replace our water heater the day of my bridal shower and it was like they weren't even there. These guys are so personable! We love them! We have already had him replace our water heater with a tankless one, fix our main shut off valve, extend our gas line and add a hookup for our stove and oven, fix our leak with our sprinklers and replace our valves in our guest shower. We tell everyone we can about our plumber and will not be looking anywhere else for the jobs to come. The peace of mind I get when I know Fernando and his guys are on the job, is priceless.

We had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. Our water heater failed at 10:30 at night, leaking water into our mini utility basement. The pressure release valve had failed. I turned off the water main and called New Generation. They arranged to come out at 7:30 the next morning. They were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and began making repairs. They replaced the pressure valve and pipe with a less problematic configuration. They pumped the water out of the basement and did a thorough cleanup of the area. They also treated the area with an anti-fungal and mold preventative. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest with upfront costs estimates and explanations. They are going to be our plumbing service from now on.

Jake is highly responsive, knowledgeable, fair with prices, and easy to deal with.
I manage a bunch of units in the Highland Park area and knowing I can call on Jake for any plumbing issues provides peace of mind. I know if anything comes up, Jake is available on short notice and will do a high quality job at a fair price.

Clogged sink and broken garbage disposal :/

Our service technician, Jake, was excellent; knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't mind my crazy dog! Same day service was fast and he arrived right on time. Jake provided estimates for recommendations in a very helpful manner - zero pressure to buy. Pricing was excellent for the service and anytime there's a plumbing issue, New Generation will be the FIRST place we call!

Fernando and his colleagues are exceptional technicians! They are professional, highly experienced, thorough and honest. They replaced the main pipe underneath our home and replaced some galvanized piping that was fused to our copper pipes. Hard work, but they got the job done perfectly. I really appreciated Fernando's joyful professionalism. It's important that the experts working on your home are pleasant too, and Fernando and his colleagues clearly love and take pride in what they do. They should! They are really hard working and great guys!

I am so happy I found this company~! From the very beginning when I contacted them through the Yelp app, to their completion of the job, everyone was quick to respond, efficient, courteous and very professional, working to make sure I could watch and see exactly where my problem was under the kitchen sink. And they didn't try to talk me into a replacement disposal as some would try to do, I'm sure, since mine was still functioning fine. After the repairs (I contacted them last night after 8pm and they just finished the repair at 120, the next day), they also did a free scope of my main lines, but with no pressure at all to make a repair or clean out. Being able to watch the scope also allowed me to see with my own eyes where any recommendations made sense for the future. Great guys. Rates like you would expect from a plumber (maybe a little less), and no pressure to make adjustments where they aren't yet needed. Highly recommended.

I had the best experience with Jake and the two plumbers, Juan and Carlos. I had them change my tank water heater for a tank-less unit and I couldn't be happier. They had awesome communication throughout the entire process. They were really efficient in the whole process and I will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

Jake and the guys are AMAZING! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I am a property manager who manages several types of properties, and It never fails that I have to call them when it is beyond an emergency. They are always available any time of the day or night. At this writing, they have just left after repairing another major plumbing issue. I tried using other plumbers but have had to end up calling them to clean up after someone else. They also treat you like family, so the quality of work you get is like they are working on their own homes. It also helps that they are fair, honest and guarantee their work.

The gas company had cut service to some of my gas meters with no explanation, and my usual plumber was out of town. New Generation Plumbing answered my call right away and Jake was at the door in less than 30 minutes on a weekend. He explained exactly what he was going to do to solve the problem, rearranged his schedule, kept in touch with me over the phone about what was happening, and stuck with it until the gas was back on. This was over the course of a few days and several phone calls to the gas company as they were being very difficult. I am grateful for Jake's patience and willingness to work until the job was done.

These guys were very quick and efficient with service and delivery. The best part is they DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. This is unheard of with plumbers , which is the main reason I gave them the job (Sears wanted to charge $90 that would not be credited back for repairs). The pricing was reasonable, as well. The only reason that I didn't give 5 Stars is because the water heater they installed has recieved a lot of bad reviews (cheap product), but it was an emergency fix and I didn't have time to research prior to installation. Live and learn.

I had a plumbing emergency the day I moved into my new house. I was stressed out and overwhelmed so I decided to call the closest plumbing company with the highest customer reviews. I was not disappointed! Jake was at my house within the hour and completely handled all my concerns for an immediate fix and then sent a 3-man crew out first thing in the morning for the formal repairs. I was very impressed and will certainly use NGP in the future!

Would highly recommend these guys. I called them on a Friday afternoon about a water pressure problem in our new home. Henry and Juan came over first thing the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly -- we needed a new water heater. They meticulously installed a new one, including replumbing the emergency drainage line and fixing the strapping, which had not been done properly by the previous owner. All in all it took only a couple of hours and we are thrilled that we now have fantastic water pressure in the whole house -- no more waiting forever for the water to get hot or losing water pressure in the middle of a shower. We were charged a fair price too. Couldn't be happier with these guys and the quality of work they did. Thanks!

I'm getting ready to purchase a new house and looked up New Generation Plumbing on Google. They had 5 stars so I took the chance. Jimmy and Juan showed up to the property and they were amazing. They answered all my questions and gave great advice on future projects. I want to thank them for their hard work. When they ran into an issue they took an extra step to figure out a solution.

Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. I'm hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

Fernando was fantastic! they showed up about 15 minutes after I called, fixed our drain and then went the extra step to understand the root of the problem, crawled under the house and assessed the issue. they were fast, friendly and efficient. i would use them again in an instant.

These guys are miracle workers. I called them because one of my tenant's water heater wasn't working and they were able to come right away and fixed the problem. They even noticed that another water heater was leaking and let me know that it was going to need to be replaced soon.
Around 11pm on Thanksgiving Day, my tenant said that the leaking water heater started leaking out a lot of water. I gave these guys a call and they showed up in the middle of the night to diagnosed the problem. They replaced it first thing the next morning.

I recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. Their price is fair and they make sure everything is working like it should.

I don't know what's more impressive, their speed, their customer service or professional skills. We had a main sewer line blockage that caused a major mess in our downstairs bathroom (I'll spare the graphic details of our mess). I called them at 630 AM, they had a technician in our house in under 30 minutes. I can't pizza delivered that quick. They diagnosed the issue promptly, made a big hole in our front yard, fixed the problem, cleaned the mess and replaced the lawn neatly by the end of the day. It wasn't cheap but we had a big repair and these guys are worth it. Couldn't be happier.

Called them on Sunday for service and they showed up in 10 minutes, did a great job & charged a very reasonable rate. Other plumbing companies were trying to charge a hiked up rate for Sunday service.

I am not a customer of this place but I do have to say they have no respect what so ever for their neighbors/neighborhood. Their business entrance is in a residential area surrounded by apartment complex and every morning at 5 a.m. these guys are yelling, screaming, laughing and slamming doors. Management has been advised of this issue but it has still been going on for months. I understand they have jobs to do and are going to work, but please have some respect for all your surrounding neighbors, especially at those hours.

These dudes deserve your business. Came over on the 4th and fixed a broken spigot within an hour of calling when I was about to throw a party. No flushing toilets would have been a bad time :( Happy to call em again.
