I have used The Drain Company a few times since buying my house. They are attentive and don't try to overcharge or look for unneeded services. Star is easy to work with and trustworthy. I definitely recommend The Drain Co.

Joe was so gung-ho to unclog our toilet, he showed up early. It was too clogged for a snake so rather than pull the toilet (which costs much more) he jumped on the roof and tried unclogging it from there. When that didn't work, he went in through a pipe in the garage and that did the trick. He was so quick and efficient I don't think he was there for even 45 minutes. Thanks Drain Company!

Wow! What service! Kitchen sink and washing machine lines clogged this morning. Call them at 1215p. Connie in the office called me back in 3 minutes to ask about the problem and to arrange a tech. George arrived at 2p and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with their response and the work performed. Also, very reasonable price for a Saturday emergency call. Thank you!

Drain Co. is an extremely good company. They are prompt and very reliable. We have been using them for years. Starr is wonderful to deal with. Their prices are very reasonable and so I give them 10 stars overall.

I have been in my home 24 years and never had the sewer line to the street cleaned out. The Drain Co came out quickly, worked until the job was done and left the area cleaner then when they arrived! And they stuck to the price they quoted me at the beginning of the job.

Do yourself a favor and have The Drain Co take care of all your emergency and routine maintenance drain work.

Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!

The Drain Co has been a very reliable outfit. It has taken care of our emergency and maintenance plumbing needs at our rentals in Eagle Rock, CA for years. Allways on time and pleasant to deal with.

We have used Drain Co. several times for multiple areas of our home. They are our first and last call when it comes to service. Two things come to mind when describing them, Integrity and Followthrough. They are clear and consice when discussing problems and solutions and aren't satisfied with mediocrity. Simply put, we love em.

The two men that came to take a look at the kitchen drain, were polite and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue immediately and let us know what the problem was. I have recommended The Drain Co to couple of my neighbors :)

I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.

The Drain Co comes quickly and solves the drain problem quickly. The guy who came was clean, efficient and very pleasant. It's a delight to use the services of The Drain Co.
