I used A-1 to take care of a bad pipe gushing water into the wall from my laundry room. Their price was both fair and competitive. Guillermo came out to first diagnose the issue, then again to take care of the job. Great guy, super friendly, and he did nice, neat work leaving the wall in good condition to get patched up later. Also after a small hiccup with the wall’s electrical not working once he’d left, he returned the same day to correct the problem with no complaints or extra cost. I would recommend A-1 to others and will for sure call on them for future plumbing needs.

Oh My GOSH!! ***** BEST plumbing company EVER!!!!! *****

I called on a Saturday with hot water heater problems, and they came out ON TIME on a ***SUNDAY*** to haul away my old, broken water heater and install a brand new one. On a SUNDAY - with no added charge for working on the weekend.

After installation was complete, I had hot water in 25 minutes. Seems unbelievable - I thought it would take hours.

Alexis was on time, personable, knowledgeable, efficient & an *expert* installer. He was so nice to work with & he answered all my questions.

My husband and I are pleased with the job that was done by Esteban and his partner/assistant, I believe his name is Gabriel. Our old bathtub faucet has been leaking and no one seems to be able to fix it completely until this time. Esteban's recommendation was to change all the fixtures, converting it so that there will only be one faucet lever and covering the holes with escutcheon.

They came on time the day of the job. They were courteous, responsive -- answered all my questions and explained what they were doing, finished the job fast, and left the bathroom spotless. We're happy with the faucet/ shower/ escutcheon set that they installed. Those were included with the price he quoted me beforehand.

My juice cafe had a backed up toilet. Dave handled the job extremely well. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing and why. Using a camera, he was eventually able to find an old rag that was the source of the problem. He extracted the rag and solved the problem. Their prices are very reasonable and their quality is excellent. A1 equips their technicians with the right tools to efficiently and effectively accomplish their work. Every business or home needs a plumber like Dave and A1.

A-1 plumbing has a very good team players. They work very professionally. I can see what actually called team work after I have the Sewer Lining done from them. Everyone dedicated to their position and get the job done. Sewer lining is fairly new to me and I think it is worth without big digging and less repair aftermath. One he was done he took the time to explain what I needed to do to swap out my filter in 9 months. We had Mario out today to assess our in slab air ducts. He explained he needed to scope the ducts to see if we would be a candidate for Duct Armor. Mario took his time in creating a blueprint of our ducts and checked every square inch to find any spots of concern. I am super happy with the work that Edgar and Guadalupe did today. We had a fairly large leak, and they were able to go under the house, find one of the connecting pipes and stop the leak for us, while maintaining water to the house. My kitchen sink was clogged and needed it fixed ASAP. Called A-1 and spoke with Lexie, who was enormously helpful and communicative. She let me know that they’d be able to accommodate me shortly. Sure enough, I received call just 10 minutes later letting me know a technician would be on the way. Bernardo, the technician, arrived within an hour and was a consummate professional. He unclogged the sink within 20 minutes and was polite the entire time. Overall, I was very pleased with the help I got from both Lexie and Bernardo. 11/10, would call again.

We developed a leak around the base of our toilet, which has happened before. We’d used A1 and my husband called. Chris and Chris responded, assessed the problem, found needed to replace the flange. Also found another pinhole leak in plumbing when under the house. They successfully made the repairs though took till 10pm. We appreciated their hard work, patience and perseverance. Also that the senior Chris explained the problems clearly including w photos. Hopefully they solved the toilet problem permanently.

During the process of an emergency leak we contacted A-1 Total Service Plumbing. They answered immediately and very politely and professionally took our information, answered all of our questions, set us up with a technician by the name of Alexis who arrived promptly and on schedule. Once onsite the plumber did run into issues with gaining access to the property however, instead of leaving the property unserviced the plumber contacted us and waited onsite until access could be provided. There are not many good plumbing companies around anymore, but my experience with A-1 Total Service Plumbing proved that at least one still exist.

Had leak in 65 yr old pipe from water meter.
Called 7:30 AMfor quote be between 1 - 3 pm. I started digging out sod and doing trenching. Got a call back 9:45 AM.someone be there in 45 mins Robert showed, I explained problem, he understood and could see where the leak was.
Gave me a quote which I had a really good idea of cost already and was right on. He started work right away and I kept helping to move things along. It was obvious he'll need a helper. Jerry showed up couple hours later. Tough job due to tree roots. Both were very pleasant and hard working. Did a great leak test before they backed filled the trench, taking time to weed out lots of the roots in the dirt. Offered to replace sod, I wanted to wet down dirt and compact it more and put sod back it next day.
Great job by them and says a lot about A1 plumbing. Would be sure to use A1 again and recomend others to us it.

shower clogged few days ago and then I realized the main line is clogged. Called A1 to schedule an appointment. Came right on time to unclog the drain for me. They also use a drain video camera to check the pipe and make sure the pipe looks ok. There are some tree root issues and they gave us a quote for the repair. Answer all our questions... and did we say video inspection... thanks god we didn't have any collapse pipes! They also have this alien looking probe thing that tell you where the camera is so I now know where the drain line is actually going!

Despair and desperate as my toilet violently erupted to pray water in the bathroom. My attempt to repair the leak proved to be a failure!. My conclusion was to call a professional service. I was able to call A1Total Service Plumbing. Unfortunately, I was able to procure a one day later appointment. Dean took great care of us!

On Saturday, the gas company said we had a leak and turned off our gas (and told us to call them when we had replaced the line from the meter to the house).

After having a plumber from another company flake three times on me, I called A1 for a job that needed to be same day. Not only were they professional, friendly and courteous on the phone, they had a plumber out EARLIER than promised, same day(!) Guillermo Avalos installed my kitchen faucet, went to the hardware store for a part he needed and came back to finish the job all the while with a smile and great attitude. He completed the job in such a clean manner that I swear I think my kitchen was cleaner when he left than upon his arrival ? and he even offered to take the box from my new faucet down to the trash. Moreover, I had a small leak under my bathroom basin that I asked him to look at while he was here and he was able to fix the issue in under 5 minutes, was honest with me about what the little problem was and didn’t charge me a penny for it. I’ve had this shower head drip in our main bedroom bathroom for about a month. It got to the point where YouTube University was not going to help me fix this issue. I google searched “plumber near me”and after calling 5 to 7 different unresponsive plumbing companies I came across A1 Plumbing. I left a voicemail and I was contacted back within minutes. It was great to hear that they would be able to respond to this issue same day and within two hours time. I was assigned service technician Guillermo and Anthony. They arrived within about an hour upon excepting the agreement and began to diagnose the situation, which turned out to be a faulty valve handles. The process was explained to me in a very clear manner and he provided options for to prevent future issues. Both Guillermo and Anthony were very helpful and showed care in their approach. The total work was quoted and there were no surprises at the end of it all. The drip is fixed!! Thanks to the reliable service of Guillermo and Anthony at A1 Total Service Plumbing, I no longer have to worry about this issue. Water backup in 2nd floor shower room. Called A-1 and immediately connected and was explained the process and fees. You hear horrible stories about plumbing services and as such I was concerned regarding made up issues or inflated pricing upon service completion. Our plumber Dave Diaz arrived within the hour, inspected, and ran us through the job process. Dave was professional, down to earth, and by no means a salesman type. Dave fixed the issue and explained everything as he worked on the repair. I won’t sit here and bolster about if they are the best company or not but that is based on the fact that I will not need to ever resort to another company to find out. Called A-1 they sent out Guillermo Avalos a service technician who arrived about 20 minutes after I called. Guillermo was 100% professional, explained everything that was going on so that I clearly understood the issue. Extremely knowledgeable and understood the situation immediately. He was able to fix the issue unlike Mr. Rooter the company that I called the same day before calling A-1. They said it was unfixable and that I would need to repipe the entire unit for 8k. Called A1 in a frantic after my pervious plumber damaged my shower assembly and pipe and then cancelled the follow up appointment to complete the repairs at 4:45pm on a Friday.
Shortly after my call, A1 sent Guillermo to my house, this young man was professional, courteous and determined to remedy the issue prior to leaving.

My plumbing experience started out not so good. Faced with a flooding of water coming from some where inside the walls and onto a few of the floors, we knew it was bad. After Calling A1 and speaking to Jose Ruis we learned that a whole new repipe was necessary. Sure as heck my mainline plugged on a holiday. I called A1 after making an appointment with Roto Rooter that they failed to show for. Jennifer assisted me with a two hour window for service and informed me of a special they were running for drain clearing. We called A-1 Total Service Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency repair of the water main line and it was quickly fixed.

The next day, on a Sunday evening, we had issues turning the water back on and A-1 promptly dispatched another technician, at 10 PM, who made sure that we had service reestablished.

Everybody that we dealt with was competent, professional, and responsive; most importantly, the repair was completed in a short time.

would definitely recommend this company. My drain
in my kitchen sink became stopped up so I went on
the internet to locate a plumber on a Sunday. I ended
up calling two companies. The first company was
Rooter Man, they sent a plumber out and he told me
that he could not unplug the stoppage and he went
under the crawl space underneath my house and
showed me a picture of my pipe and told me that it
was leaking and that I needed to spend $6000.00 for

I called a-1 on memorial day weekend and Jose was at my house within an hour to repair a leak at my tankless water heater.
He made the repair and then came back in a few days after I thought about it to replace the two water valves for the hot water heater. It wasn't cheap, but I felt the price was reasonable. Set up appointment and 30 min after appointment time I get a call that no one is available, they will call me when somebody is. 3 hours later I call back and they tell me that someone is returning to their store and will be on the way. When I call and set up appointment I was told I was eligible for the promotion price and I had clarified that that was the price no hidden nothing added and the price was $39 to clear the main drain. Tech came up to the house and verified that it was the main drain. Went back to his truck to get equipment but came back to the house and informed me that it was now going to cost $350 minimum just to bring up equipment. Said no thanks. Gave 2 stars only because tech gave good advice to do it myself. Rent the equipment from Home Depot, it was a lot less money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Sunday night call and Thomas picked up the call. Gave me price up front for emergency after hours calls and asked if I can wait the following day but I was ok with the emergency rate so he dispatched someone. This was my 8th call among many that either won't take my call, too busy or just not interested and available .
My plumber Ray was busy. I was told he'd see me in an hour but he got stuck with a previous job so he showed up late but that was a non-issue. He got the job done and he was available was all that matter to me. He was professional and likeable guy even after a long day- for us and for him.

Memorial Day! Waterfall coming down the ceiling in our downstairs living room when the upstairs toilet flushed! What plumber is possibly going to come out? Ray arrived on time with a call ahead from the office. The job was to install a Delta beverage faucet hooked up to a water filter. This was a replacement of another brand of faucet. When our toilet backed up into our shower (yeah, it's as gross as it sounds), we tried snaking it out ourselves but hit an obstacle we couldn't get past. We decided to call the professionals. Having had a good experience with A-1 fixing a leak for us last year, we knew who to call.

Eric arrived on time for a same-day service appointment. He got the drain flowing again but found a tree root in our drain line, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace the broken main line. He and Craig returned as scheduled the next day, dug out and fixed the broken drain, and put everything back in working order, as promised. The A-1 team is prompt, professional, and gets the job done.

The service that A-1 provided went beyond my expectation. My parents who are in their 80's had their sewer line destroyed by roots ( a common problem occuring in SO CAL). I live in Florida and did not want my parents to worry about getting this issue resolved. I called a local manufacture of sewer lining products here in Florida amd they got me in touch with A-1 who is certified installer of their sewer liner product. Mario the representative for A-1 was awesome to work with . Anytime I had a question, he answered it right away. After signing a work order our sewer issue was resolved the very next day . I had a laundry drain clog. The response time was under an hour from the time I called and it took about 15 minutes to unclog the drain. The technician was very professional and the cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

They ran into some automotive and scheduling problems and had to reschedule multiple times but these types of things happen. They did the drain cleaning and video scope on different days. The technician who cleaned the drain did a good job but stopped as soon as he hit a blockage and didn't clean out the entire drain. The camera technician couldn't leave my house fast enough and asked for an additional $275 to give me a copy of the footage. That's crazy as their rigid branded equipment has an USB port that you can output video to in seconds but he refused. Additionally, they charged me 3.5% credit card processing fee as a separate line item which is petty.

Great things;
1) Someone professional picked up the call on a Sunday.
2) They were superprofessional and corteous
3) They showed up when tney said they would AND FIXED THE PROBLEM EFFCIENTLY!!!
4) Prices were reasonable and they did not take advantage of us
5)They detected another iasue and referred us to another company to look into a solution, but did not try to push anything
I think that makes for a 5-Star service

I sent a message on yelp and after getting several messages from different companies this company was the first company to tell me that I could call their office and provided me with a number and a free visual estimate upon arrival.

The contractor arrived within an hour as stated when I spoke to their office which being Easter Sunday and April Fool's Day was a huge deal considering there were several other companies that were closed today.

He was able to diagnose the problem (our pipes from our shower behind the walls started leaking on the floor which apparently had been happening for awhile because there was mold growing inside the walls) and was able to fix everything within an hr and a half with a reasonble price.

I highly recommend this company!

This is long over due, but Thank you Ray and team.. If it weren't for Ray and his team, we would have a swimming pool in the back of our PUD.. The pumps had die after only one and half year of replacing them during a rain storm. Ray offered a few options. It's was costly, but it was fair price. Knowing the fact that Ray stand behind his work is well worth it.. It's already been 2 years and Ray and his team comes by to check on the system to make sure it runs well. This is the kind of people I can trust all my plumbing needs to. Straight, good work and fair.

Dealing with 50-year-old sewer lines in a single family home with tons of roots and debris, and tons of clogging and slow drainage issue called A-1. John Gray showed up and did a great job cleaning up all lines making them squicky clean using a camera and hydrojet simultaneously showing before and after situations making sure all roots we're gone and all old sediments were blown out and washed off the pipe lines. He even climbed on the roof and through air vents jetted all lines. Had never seen anything like that performance in my 22 years experience in construction. John's attitude was so friendly and reassuring that made the process look so easy. I would definitely recommend hiring him and I will definitely hire him for my future projects.

FAIL!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Please , Please save yourself the time, stress, money and the time off work etc. ... Called made an appointment, rep sounded kinda sketchy as if he wasn't even paying attention to the details of my plumbing issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment. Long Story Short NO CALL... NO SHOW . not even a call to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. I called them about 25 min after my appointment time. No answer, they called me back and apologized and told me that there is a plumber on the way ETA 15 min. .... ok ...I waited another 20 min. Got another call from the plumber: he asked me my name, asked if i had an appointment today..? .. Immediately began to explain that he was just told by dispatch that there was an appointment for me. he looked me up in his system and could not find any info on me. He then began to explain that he was already on his way home and that if i really wanted him to come out then I would be charged for overtime because it was past regular hours and that all he could do is come and shut off the water ( which i had already done) for $180. this company does not care about the customer or consider the frustration a plumbing issue can cause a customer . I had to get out of work early which costs me money, drive across town to shower and wash at my inlaws, not able to shower in the morning. A-1 Plumbing you are so fired.

Excellent service! Another company couldn't come, but A-1 Total Service came and discovered the plumbing issue. Robert came and took care of first problem, then contacted his supervisor, Alvin, to bring diagnostic camera to detect main reason plumbing backed up. He showed us what he saw, made recommendations and we proceeded with the suggested solution. All plumbing issues on older homes will be costly, so it's either pay now or pay later. A team of knowledgeable men were sent to complete a major job that took 3 days. They were all professional and respectable which made the process easier for us to deal with. Neighbors stopped by to find out what was happening. We will give them A-1's info for plumbing issues, for sure.
Alvin & Robert were the leads, but Ozzie and Devon were so helpful too! The other men who installed the sleeve were also knowledgeable and worked hard. Management is doing a great job hiring the right people. Thank you all!

The plumbing issue was a bit of an emergency. One of our bathroom toilets was leaking and the water supply valve was not shutting off. My regular plumber was not available. I Googled and found A-1 online. They already had a 4.9/5 star rating. The entire experience working with A-1 was nothing short of outstanding! The dispatcher texted updates about their service pro representative's status/availability. The service pro representative, Guillermo Avalos, was fantastic! He was professional throughout and friendly too. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner demonstrating his knowledge and experience. He explained my options clearly. He also was completely transparent, explaining that there would be a cost savings if I were willing to go to Home Depot to purchase the new toilet myself. The work was completed in about 90 minutes. I also found their fees very reasonable. A-1 is definitely an excellent company! I would not hesitate to use them again.
