I called these guys after another vendor had already left my property unserviceable and multiple calls to vendors with week long waits.
Alex answered the phone. He’s not a reservation booker, he runs operations for his crew. They got to me in less than 2 hours and went beyond the call to insure the issue would not reoccur at a very reasonable price, as initially quoted.
Alex was on point the whole time.
HydroJet did the Job, They also did a 120’ video inspection to make sure and didn’t make a big deal about it. Great Crew, clean gear, very professional.
They were totally patient while I figured out my payment method, and then they went off into the night to solve someone else’s problems.

This company is amazing. They came over after hours, arrived in about ten minutes and fixed our horrifically clogged toilet in under 5 minutes. And they charged $150 which is a better price than others had quoted. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a plumbing issue at work where a spigot got stuck on and I couldn’t shut it off. Found the number through Google and got right thru to Ruben; who had Technician Alex call me right away. Alex arrived right on time within 30 minutes and knew exactly what to do to shut off the water and replace the spigot. Amazing service, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly!
