Paul and his team did a great job scheduling, coordinating and executing all the connections under my Kitchen sink. The new sink, faucets, water filters and garbage disposal units were installed professionally. They arrived on time, remained responsive to my needs, and ensured my full satisfaction before closing the job. Highly recommended!

Rafael has been in charge of the plumbing of our 1926 house--replacing old pipes, putting in new bathtubs, kitchen sinks, showers, toilets, and faucets in our master bath, guest bath, kitchen. He is on-time, communicative and very professional. He is extremely competent with new and antique fixtures and is able to think outside the box with how to connect our European antique plumbing fixtures with American piping. He interfaces super well with our contractor, and we have a great relationship with him and his team.

I had a small list of tasks to be done and they were able to accommodate my need for a quick turnaround. I so appreciated the expertise, the responsiveness, and the willingness to be flexible if things changed. The cost was absolutely acceptable, and I'd use them again in a second.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service provided us by Near and Best Plumbing. Rafael showed up on time, fixed our plugged up kitchen sink and diagnosed a leak coming from our HACV system. Service was fast, clean, efficient and very reasonably priced. We will be using Near and Best Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

Had a problem come up very unexpectedly. Called near and best, Rafael was sent out and I was very happy with their service! Very fast, professional and clean. hard to find a good plumber nowadays. Highly recommend, fixed my leak quickly and it was well done.

I live in downtown Los Angeles in an old house circa 1928. I was very lucky the first 2 years after the purchase until last week when I heard a drip, drip, drip, on my living room ceiling. I searched upstairs but nothing seemed to be wrong. I couldn’t find the source of the drip. So I called a plumber in my area. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel like they knew how to handle the problem. The next day Near and Best Plummer came bright and early. The guy was neat and clean unlike other companies I used in the past. He tracked down the leak in my master bathroom under my sink and in a few minutes the problem was solved.
While Joseph was there, I also asked him if he could snake out the drain in the master bathroom because even though it worked it drained very slowly. In no time it flowed like new. This was a super plumbing company and I’m glad I found them.

Easy to work with. Accurate on arrival time & repair time. Very pleased with results & will keep this number for future needs.
