Alex is an amazing plumber and businessman. He is reliable and professional and doesn’t try to get over on you like many contractors do. He repaired and cleaned my faucet handle when I thought I needed it replaced, it would’ve costed me a lot of money to replace but he repaired it for a small service fee and it works great now! What a relief! Thank you so much Alex!! I highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Do not hesitate to call Alex at L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs for your plumbing needs. I found his company after reading the great reviews and was in serious need for immediate help. Our home had been under extensive renovations for over a year, and with a couple of weeks left before we moved in, found out out sewer line was completely blocked. After going through a different plumber, who was unable to dislodge the blockage or provide accurate information on our line, we decide to hire L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs.
Alex came out the next day to with his team and video, he provided us with a reasonable quote to install a proper clean-out for the main line in our backyard (huge plus for future needs) and have a hydro jetting professional come with better equipment for the job. Alex warned us that this may uncover a serious and costly $$$$ problem if it was a broken connection to the main line, but best case would be he can clear it with the hydro jet.
The following Monday he was onsite to do the work and within a couple of hours, had dug the hole, replaced the pipe and was successful in clearing the blockage of roots. My family and I are able to move on with our final inspections and move in to our new home without delays. Alex saved our project, and my relief and happiness was overwhelming. I can't thank Alex and his team of professionals enough for their great work!!
We will continue to use them for maintenance and any future plumbing needs.

Alex from L.A. Drain is the most professional and honest Plumber I have ever met. He came and took a look at my plumbing problem, which I know very little of, and gave me a reasonable estimate. I heard of them through a friend and he came highly recommended. Will absolutely be using his services in the future again.

Excellent and trustworthy service. Priced right. I have used them a few times before I wrote a review. They were on time each time and did everything as promised. They were quick to respond to any questions and address any concern.

The plumming company arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The Plummer in charge I believe his name Alex came in after getting his equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look at the problem, and presented an estimate that was lower than I was quoted by a other plumming companies I called the night before. Alex was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being hustling at all. I’ve been in Sales for 20 years and he was NOT salesy at all. He made me feel like he was treating me like family!

Before I gave Alex an answer on his quote he politely told me to feel free call around and see if another company could do the job for less if I felt his price was to high but he was ready to fix my problem as soon a possible. That alone earned him some respect.

Knowing the job would probably cost more if I called around I decided to do business with Alex. After the job was done I notice He cleaned up after himself very well. Before he left he asked me if there was anything else I needed. I did mention my toilet sometimes leaks from the back. He took a look and said there was noticing wrong with my toilet just a bolt wasn’t tighten enough. He did not charge me for the quick fix.

I totally concur with the other reviews for L.A. Drain Inspections and Repairs. We had a bad plumbing emergency - kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and kept overflowing whenever upstairs neighbors sharing the same waste line ran water into their sink - and Alex came out on New Years Day (!) and fixed this baffling problem in extremely professional fashion. And he charged less than half of what I was expecting. Highest recommendation.

The Prince of Plumbers! My hot water heater went out around 5pm on a weekday. Alex (the owner), after finishing a job in Santa Monica, drove all the way to Hollywood in rush hour to deal with my problem. What a peach! Alex has helped me out for the last two years; he's always dependable, courteous, honest, and on-time. Don't even think about using anyone else!

The HOA in our building has had nothing but a positive experience with Alex and everyone at LA Drain. We've hired them many times to tackle large-scale plumbing issues as well as smaller repairs, and everything in between. We'll surely be contacting them again for all our plumbing needs.

Finally a company i can trust, i had 2 company's come out to give me a quote and this guy by far was the best in price and explaining my current issue as to why my main was getting clogged (all the time). They came by and got it unclogged , i will be calling them back this week to get them to come and fix it (permanently), i recommend them, just call them you wont be dissapointed!
