We had a plumbing issue with a commercial building -- old corroded pipes. Called a few plumbers and decided to go with New Pro based on our confidence in Miguel. The job took a number of days, but Miguel worked with us on timing so as not to disrupt our tenants and also left the property immaculate -- no cleanup on our part required -- hooray! I would recommend Miguel and his team at New Pro Plumbing without reservation -- capable, trustworthy, and ethical. Thank you, Miguel and New Pro!

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from Miguel. I called yesterday morning and he was able to come today and replace my hose bib unit which was damaged. I called Miguel at evening for a clog in our kitchen sink. He stopped by 2 hours later and fixed the problem quickly. He was knowledgable and professional, and I am happy with his work.

Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building. Mr. Lopez is a life saver! I had a complicated issue with recently remodeled condo leaking to the unit below from a new toilet installed by my contractor. Mr. Lopez trouble shot the situation and found a creative and reliable solution to my problem. I highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem. He'll get it done right!

Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!

Awesome service ! Had a bad clog in the shower plunging and drano didn’t work , gave em a call and within a couple hours they had come and fixed it and were super nice and helpful would definitely use em again!
