We thank GR Pluming Gonsalo and his professional team to save our restaurant’s nightmare plumbing problems. We used to have very frequent clogging issues to a point we could not clear the pipe any more. We called GR Pluming for emergency help. Gonsalo contacted me in a few minutes after I contacted their office to schedule an appointment to come over to check. He showed up as he was scheduled. We thought our pipes were just filled up with heavy grease and oil, however we learned we had more serious plumbing issues (main and other sewer lines needs to be replaced) then we thought from Gonsalo’s inspections. Although Gonsalo knew it was challenging to fix it, he worked with us and found the best solutions for us. At the same time, his team are well-trained and very professional. Gr plumbing came to my house due to a main sewer stoppage upon arrival i was greeted by Gonzalo and Adrian , they ran there sewer camera up to the stoppage then they ran there sewer snake they were able to clear the stoppage but upon running the camera again they spotted a big root intrusion, they could have easily tried to sell me a whole repipe but they told me that the rest of my pipe was in good shape so they gave me a bid to replace that section I was pleased with the price , next day they were here on time two Vans and plenty of guys by noon they were done I am very pleased with GR plumbing on there professionalism, ethics, and efficiency. Loved our experience with Gonzalo from GR Plumbing. He replaced 60 feet of clay pipe and performed prompt & professional service and even installed a cleanout even though it was not in his proposal. High quality work at a good price. Glad he cleaned and disinfected areas where sewage spilled. Would definitely recommend his services.

I had a 35 foot clay sewer line under my house, and another 35 foot clay pipe from sidewalk to city main, all becoming clogged with tree roots. I also had a leaking gas line.

My reason for hiring GR is:

1. Gonzalo and assistant came the same day I called to give an estimate.
2. His estimate and proposals made sense and were given same day.
3. They have good quality equipment.
4. Communication was easy, when I texted questions, he promptly responded.
5. They have a good crew. The first day 3 different crews worked on site; Jackhammer, gas line,
and digging; they are very efficient.
6. When they started working Gonzalo found a partial clay pipe under the concrete slab which
wasn’t on the original estimate. We were able to negotiate a fair deal which I was happy with.
7. David was on site to oversee the construction the entire time.
8. Gonzalo has good business management skills, the job was completed in a timely manner.

Came out when we had an emergency Sewer issue along with three other companies; all three had different solutions and diagnosis. Gonsalo and his team gave us the most confidence and after some discussions he came back out to investigate more. Ultimately we went with him and his team did an excellent job being minimally intrusive, fast, and cleaning up after themselves. One extra appreciation was his willingness to listen to questions and concerns and address them without immediately discounting them. He made a $10k nightmare end as well as a $10k nightmare could!

Needed an urgent plumber to come out and locate a sewer clean out line. These guys found it almost immediately. scoped my entire sewer line. Very clean and professional, prompt service, perfect transaction.

Really impressed by the knowledgeable and professional staff at GR Plumbing. Had a pretty bad sewer main stoppage and called them for same day service. Not only did they arrive on time that day but they provided a camera inspection at no cost! They identified the issue quickly and we began the project. Utilizing trenchless sewer replacement process they replaced 50 ft of pipe at my house for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Gonzalo and Dave came out the day after I called them and immediately found the problem that THREE other plumbers had missed. Not only that, they gave me a quote on the spot and it was about half of what another company said I would need to pay to fix the problem. I have tree roots in the pipes. So I need to call the plumber every six months. Recently I need a plumber every month. So I goggled to learn about how to deal with my sewer problems. I found this GR Plumbing and found that they can do the Trenchless Sewer Replacement. They brought a camera and tracking device to go through the pipe and showed me the root blockage spots and explained how they could do the replacement. I agreed with the estimate and gave them the job. They completed the job in one full day although it was over 100degree on that day.
I would say Gonzalo and his crew are professional and did the job nice and clean. He even offered a 25years pipe guarantee for the job.

Gonzalo & his team did a fast & excellent job of replacing my 70 year old clay sewer pipe. They inserted a trenchless new flexible sewer pipe that ran under my driveway & under the street to the city sewer line with a 20 year guarantee. Impact on my front yard was minimal, with just 2 holes, one in the flower bed and one in the lawn. They finished the job in one day and after they cleaned up, you could barely tell it had looked like a construction site just hours earlier! He also installed new toilets so now I don't have to worry about toilet clogs and tree roots causing blockages in my sewer line. I'm super satisfied with the price, speed, and excellent communication working with Gonzalo.

When I called them for the replacement of a sewer pipe, several other companies said it will take 4 – 7 days to finish up. But GR Plumbing promised only 2 days. I named them the A Team because their work was so awesome and very professional. The team, led by Gonsalo, included master plumber George along with David and Julio. They worked very hard and very fast.

The work they did consisted of putting in a new trenchless main sewer line, replacing all the ancient cast iron pipes under the house and replacing all the other pipes and sewer lines that they determined were in need of replacement. They had to dig a hole 11 feet deep in order to connect the new sewer line to the city sewer line. This was a lot of work but they accomplished this task with ease.

When GR Plumbing completes all the work that is in need of repair, you can be assured that all your plumbing problems will be ancient history. When all the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and all the old pipes were hauled away.The job even came with a 25 year warranty on the new sewer line.

Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. The owner of GR Plumbing called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out his technician to do the job for me. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fits snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs.

We called GR Plumbing for some plumbing issue in our basement. They gave me the estimate over the phone and we fixed the appointment. The guy was right on time and did the job in less than 3 hours. The work area was spotless, and the plumbing and wiring was all clean and neat which I asked for.

I own a home that was built in 1928 in the Echo park neighborhood. As such, I have had my share of plumbing problems. Last week my main sewer line collapsed. We had the unfortunate need to replace a sewer pipe from the house to the street. I started calling to get bids on replacing it. These guys not only quoted us a few grand less, they were able to complete the work WITHOUT a messy yard trench, in ONE DAY versus the week I was told by the other companies. You can't even tell they were here.

I've since called them for a couple of small fixes. They fix it in the blink of an eye. They are so nice and cool and you don't hesitate to call them with emergencies or small jobs.

The team, our plumber saved the night. He was professional and competent. Rate was reasonable, considering we needed after hour service to unclog the sewer line to get toilet and tub working again. Thankfully my husband had already removed the toilet from the floor to access the sewer line, bit clog was too deep for him to get to, but if he had not removed toilet and then replaced it after The technician left, then gets much more expensive.

Few days ago, I had an emergency in my kitchen as the gas started leaking like anything. I was so much worried when I called up GR Plumbing and soon, a person named Dave arrived promptly at my home who immediately started working on the problem and I had a sigh of relief. Till now, it was my best experience in dealing with a plumbing service provider. I hired them for sewer repair services and was quite impressed with them the way they deal with the problems. They do video inspection of sewer lines and diagnose the problems well. Kudos to them!

I called for a plumbing emergency (flood) and Art told me he'd be here in 30 minutes for a free estimate. He called an hour later and told me he'd be another 20 minutes. I told him I had another company coming to provide an estimate and whoever got here first would get the business. He then told me he didn't want to waste his time and hung up. Not a very nice guy or respectable businessman. Beware!

There was a leakage in our main pipeline. We thought that this would lead to digging the yard and changing the entire pipeline. I called GR plumbing. They pulled the new water lines through the old water lines. This way it saved us from having to tear up our yard and repair and replace landscaping. They just put a couple of holes to get to the water lines and that's it. And filled the holes back in when they're done and did the clean-up.

This plumbing company hires only certified technicians and their services say it all. They don’t offer hidden charges. They installed a new hot water heater for me. Although there was a little complication in the installation, it was fixed without additional charges.

I was very pleased with GR Plumbing. Our drain was very slow. The experts from GR Plumbing came out and jetted the drain from the outside. He got most of the crud loosened up with his portable jet.

When I came home, I realized there had been a water heater leak. I quickly called GR plumbing to help me and they came over real fast. They had a set procedure in place and knew exactly what needs to be done.
