Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

Had them come out to fix my tub spout and a couple extra things. Mark was extremely friendly and professional, and not only tightened our overflow but also sorted out all our other various and sundry plumbing issues while he was there.
Really appreciate their work.

Had a major plumbing issue in my house. I contacted Rocket Plumbing that morning, the customer service was great and they got a plumber right out to my home. They were very professional, courteous and explained exactly what the problem was and what would need to be done to repair the issue. I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out right away. Sam came to unclog my kitchen sink. I also had a broken pipe. Sam was great! He explained everything and left to get parts. Came back quickly. I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything. I would absolutely recommend them. Rocket Rocks!

Rocket Plumbing came out today to repair the drain in my bath tub. They did an excellent job and even explained how I can keep the drain running properly with regular maintenance! Happy to recommend them to other home owners!

I've had several appointments with Chris from Rocket Plumbing and have been very satisfied with both the quality of work and the friendliness/helpfulness of the team.

First issue we had was a busted and leaking garbage disposal, Chris installed a nice new one in about an hour and replaced the old pipe. He came back again to address a leaking bathroom sink.

I'd highly recommend. When you need a plumber you want knowledge, promptness, and someone that you don't mind in your home for a while. Great company!

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. And they didn't even ask for a positive review, which I thought was classy as well. Thank you, Chris and Brian!!

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving. Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink. Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job! I was desperate and they were heroic.

We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower. Despite calling Rocket three times to inquire about having their help, my husband has still not received a call back since yesterday morning. Completely disappointed.

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Reliable, courteous, considerate, tidy. Sam was exceptionally efficient when we had issues with a part of an uncommon - exotic to use Sam's description - toilet. He was able to get the part within only a couple of days - very impressive. Sam also installed a new toilet and he was not only fast but thorough. We highly recommend Rocket Plumbing - ask for Sam!

5 stars all the way! These guys saved me on a recent trip to visit my uncle in Santa Monica. I clogged up the shower drain somehow and I had nowhere to turn. I hit the net to find a local plumbing. Rocket Plumbing showed up highly rated so I decided to give them a call.

Chris came out about an hour later and popped open the drain in minutes. What a life-saver! I'm so glad this saga is over and I can have my weekend in peace.

I was a little hesitant to call a plumber being female but my leak wasn't going to fix itself. I was very pleased when I opened to the door to a warm smile. I was offered different economical options. This also made me feel secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of and that I did have some control! Overall the experience was a good one. I now have a company I feel secure with so my anxiety about a plumber is gone. Thank you Chris at Rocket Plumbing.

We discovered a gas leak in the late evening. Called Rocket early in the morning & they were able to send someone right over.
Matthew arrived promptly & immediately determined the source of the leak and repaired it. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.

Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.

It is one thing to just come to someone's home and provide a service, but to give a homeowner the knowledge that will help prevent future problems really set Rocket Plumbing apart from all the other plumbing companies I have dealt with.

I haven't ever dealt with a plumber before. I was nervous and need help figuring out what happened to our water heater. Brian came from Rocket Plumbing and totally helped us out!

He helped diagnosis it quickly: there was too much sediment in the hot water tank. I had no idea they needed to be flushed once a year. And Brian gave me a tip to make the water heater last twice as long. =) I give them two thumbs up!
