I had a draining hose under the sink that needs to be repaired. The plumber came on schedule and supposedly fix the problem. he told me that he couldn't tell me how much it costs because he doesn't know how much the company charges. so he just did the work and left. after 2 days you as you can see from the picture he actually left a hole in the pipe and now I have a leakage under the sink. The company encourages people to write reviews. so I'm doing exactly what they're asking...Just a quick follow up. I spoke with the company Rep and gave her my credit card number for payment. I'm not trying to short change them, but I will never use them again .

Charles and Edwin did an amazing job working on our pipes at my restaurant. They were quick and had good communication from beginning to end. Even the person I talked to on the phone was humorous and was very helpful. I definitely recommend Charles and Edwin and will definitely be hiring them again!

The plumber arrived on time. I explained the problems with the tub/shower faucet leak. He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous. I have used Red Lilly before and I would recommend this company.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Red Lilly sent someone very quickly. Wesley and Salvador were very nice and professional, and they did an exceptional job. Will definitely be using Red Lilly for all of our future plumbing needs.

I have used Mike at Red Lilly Plumbing for several jobs now over the last few months, including a major two story duplex kitchen drain pipe replacement in the outside wall. He was absolutely masterful in doing the job and he showed an overwhelming knowledge of his craft. The smaller jobs he's done inside were done with care and finesse. I've used many many plumbers over the years and Mike is far and away the best in every category. It's as simple as that.

I called Red Lilly for a valve that needed to be replaced. I pulled a few quotes from different companies, but Red Lilly was cost effective and the rep they sent out, Wes, was honest about the situation. He was articulate, punctual and was able to complete the job successfully. The valve is fixed and our water pressure now withstands 3 flushes in a row. Thanks, Wes!

Red lilly plumbing responded to my emergency immediately. Even though they were busy with appointments, they fit me in and fixed our plumbing problem. They are fast and affordable. I highly suggest using them!

Red Lilly came out within an hour to service an emergency drain backup issue, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The owner himself worked with his assistant, and were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the pricing was perfect. Was worried about the whole process but Daniella really helped me set everything up. They came on time and got the work done promptly. The price is very fair. At least I know I have a plumbing place to depend on now.

I had a slow drain and Caesar came out to clear the line. That's when he notified me that it would be best to replace a section of the main drain. He carefully went over the job and we agreed upon the price. When he did the main drain replacement, he was neat, clean, and considerate in minimizing the time we would be without our toilet. He took photos of the work and was able to clearly show me the existing lines and the replaced section of pipe.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work but more important, I really liked having Caesar work on my home. You see, my home was built in 1920 and it has no crawl space. I've never been under the house and I have had several other workers (not from Red Lilly) loudly complain about the lack of access. Caesar was very professional and did a difficult job without complaint. I'm so glad I called Red Lilly and even happier that they sent out Caesar.

Red Lilly plumbing was fantastic to work with. They recently repaired and replaced the sewer from under the house to the street. They came to the house right away and supplied an accurate and fast estimate and did a great job. Also everything was returned to the way it was when they were finished. They were very careful to notify me when they were arriving and leaving for the day. I would recommend them for any plumbing work and will keep them at the top of my call back list.

Mike was our repair person. Mike dug throught our brick driveway. Repaired the leaking pipe. Replace the bricks .... And .... you can not tell that any work was done. The driveway looked great. Thanks Mike!

We hired Red Lilly to install a new gas line in connection with moving our gas meter. Ed immediately understood what was needed (something that challenged other plumbers we called), gave us a competitive bid, and showed up with his team to complete the initial phase of the work professionally and efficiently. The project then ran into a series of delays and complications caused by the gas company. Red Lilly was there every step of the way, including after business hours and on weekends, figuring out what needed to be done and getting the project finished. We can't recommend them highly enough.

They were very professional and pleasant from the office staff to supervisors, plumbers and specialists. They explained each problem and gave options on the repairs. I believe it was a fair price for an extensive amount of plumbing work,,,from our drain all the way to the sewer line in the street. Their work was extremely neat, they cleaned up daily and they did an excellent job patching the street. We are extremely satisfied.

Knowing that it’s hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and rely on, I believe that I have finally found that company and that company is RED LILLY PLUMBING. I called Red Lilly Plumbing regarding a potential leak in my house as I could hear the hissing sound of water. My house is built on a concrete slab. I scheduled an appointment with Red Lilly Plumbing to come and make an assessment. Giovanni and his manager Ed came over the same day I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to see how the bad the situation could be in case it needed immediate attention. They determined that the leak was indeed in the manifold inside my house and Giovanni and manager Ed provided me with a description of the problem, what needed to be done, what my options were, and an estimate cost range of the options. Shortly after leaving from assessing my problem, I called Red Lilly Plumbing to inform them of the option I was selecting and to have them email me the estimate so that I could get the job started. We scheduled the appointment and on the appointed day, two great looking plumbers came, Anthony S. and Carlos T. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, practice safety, and answered any questions that I had. As Carlos was working to find my property main line they had difficulty at first. Giovanni came over with some instrument to help in locating the main line. After finding the location, we changed the original plan of the repair and came up with a change which meant replacing the existing exterior plumbing with new copper plumbing and pex piping instead of relocating the manifold to a different location. During the day, manager Ed came by to see how the work was progressing to make sure that everyone was on the same page in making the needed repair. Everything was done step by step with detail. Success was achieved when they fixed my leaking issue. I watched both Anthony and Carlos working, and they were very careful, detailed, and made sure the work was done correctly. Following completion, the manager Ed came by to check on the work performed. They did an excellent job. My main leak was fixed but they found a second leak in the manifold which meant additional assessment and repair. I scheduled the appointment with them to come back to find that problem. The same two awesome plumbers came back. Manager Ed also came to talk of the plan to fix the problem. This time they determined that they needed to rerun hot and cold water lines from the manifold to the back end of the house which meant opening up the ceiling and walls to run the lines. Time was spent doing this but they did a careful job. Once the lines were run and connected, the problem was finally fixed. What a relief!! I was very happy with all the work done to resolve my leaking water issues. It’s good to see plumbers working together in making sure that the work is done in the best way possible.

I had a shower stem leak and I called Red Lilly Plumbing and they were able to make it to my home in no time! The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. She knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an ETA time for when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and very informative. He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! I had a leak in my main from the water meter to the house, which I didn't discover until I received an eye-popping LADWP water bill. Found them online, locally owned and operated, they responded next day and reviewed the situation. Was repaired in about a week, digging a trench to replace the entire pipe with updated copper. The pipe which failed was the original pipe from the house being built in 1961. Professional and courteous employees and office staff, good price, clear and concise estimates and charges. I recommend them!

I used Red Lilly for the first time last month. Their plumbers showed up within ten minutes of the quoted time frame that dispatch had given me. The two plumbers were quick, efficient and had a great sense of humor. They got the job done right the first time. I will definitely call on them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My shower water pressure was low, and the toilet wouldn't stop running. I called red Lilly plumbibg on a Saturday the receptionist assured me they would have some one sent out between 9-11. Around 930 I got a call letting me know the tech would be there shortly. The tech showed up on time and was at my house by 10:15. Plumber was very polite and professional, gave me an estimate went through step by step on how the repair would be done. The price was fair and he fixed it quickly, even cleaned up after himself. I had a bad plumbing issue in my shower that made a huge mess. During the holidays I called Red Lilly and they were out that same day with an evaluation and in the next day to fix it. Giovanni came by and impressed me right away with his sharp, detailed knowledge of the ins and outs of my requested gas line installation. After careful deliberation under his patient guidance, I opted to use a propane tank and forego the the gas line.

His kindness, honesty and professionalism does not stop there however, even though I did not opt for the installation, Giovanni was more than happy free of charge by phone to make sure I was educated and prepared in all aspects of the propane line hook up. This guy really knows his stuff.

My water filtration unit had been leaking thruout the pandemic. After doing some research, I decided to call Red Lilly Plumbing. The stars must've been aligned because within the hour, Raoul was at my apartment. He explained to me that the people who installed my water filtration system had done it poorly and wasn't sure if he could fix it. He did what he could, consulted with a fellow coworker who was more of a specialist, and explained every step just so I could see what should've been done in the first place. We thought it would just be a temporary bandaid but it has been months and there's still no leak! Highly recommend Red Lilly and will call them for any plumbing issues in the future.
