I had a shower stem leak and I called Red Lilly Plumbing and they were able to make it to my home in no time! The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. She knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an ETA time for when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and very informative. He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! I’ll be calling them again in the future!

Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. I'm hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

Made a phone call, and within 5 minutes I was on the phone with John explaining my water heater problems. He said he'd have a tech over within about 2 hours. 30 minutes later Victor showed up!

Sadly, it's time to say goodbye to the water heater, but the fact that they were professional and honest enough to tell me it wasn't worth the $400-$500 to fix the part on the 13 year old heater was appreciated. (The Sears techs previously came by twice, showed up an hour AFTER the 4 hour appointment window THEY set, and were extremely rude.)
