From beginning to completion of the work Diego and his team were excellent. They went above and beyond and did it in the window of time that was available. Communication from the office was fantastic as well. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. They give free estimates and Sergio specifically is a great, honest guy, and knowledgable and good at his job. Would recommend to anyone! Five Stars!

Nautilus did the inspection for our new home during the home buying process. We hired them to repair our sewer line and replace our piping. They were always prompt to answer questions and very polite. I would definitely recommend them!

I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. I'd recommend Nautilus to anyone - especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.

This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.

I used Nautilus Plumbing Inc. for replacing old sewer system and repairs. Amazing job done, from being on time through installation and product quality. Sergio and his team are great professionals and very knowledgeable. Will definitely work with them again and would suggest their services to anyone. 5 stars for sure!

Nautilus used to be great. Not anymore. They came to rooter my mainline last week and got one clump of roots. They showed it to me. They said that the line was too badly clogged to go futher without damaging their equipment. Recommended a $5,500 repair to main line. They left. Clean-out cap promptly popped off again with ordinary use, spewing sewage all over yard. Called another firm. They came out, rootered in same place, $250, told me it was all good, and it was! It has stayed fixed. No more problems, no more cap popped off, no more sewage in yard, no blockage. I don't know whether Nautilus guys were just incompetent, but obviously I suspect a deliberate attempt to get a whole lot of cash out of me that I don't need to spend.

Jesus from Nautilus is the best. Punctual, courteous and professional offering real guidance on what's needed for the task at hand, no pressure and no up-sell. Always on time and does a fantastic job and cleans up after himself :) Highly recommend Nautilus!

Nautilus Plumbing was fantastic. 11 out of 10 experience!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman – very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.

While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.
I cannot recommend Nautilus Plumbing enough. This should be the go-to Plumbing company for anyone who lives in the Los Feliz area!

After 2 other plumbing companies came and made a mess before quoting us $1800 and telling us they needed to rip out the walls and rip up the deck, Jesus showed up and took care of the problem in a few minutes. He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasn't trying to upsell me on work we didn't need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and we'll be calling Nautilus first from now on!

I've used Nautilus for three plumbing rescue operations on our historic home. They have always been incredibly courteous, efficient and informative throughout the process. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Update 03/22/21: i called this morning and Sergio and his team was able to come out and get the job done! Very happy with there work and professionalism. Would recommend!

Latest service was helping me get apartment ready to show. Hooked up my stove, dishwasher and washer dryer. The previous job was replacing the water heater with a tankless one to give me more room in the kitchen for washer dryer. They always do a beautiful job, whatever they do for me. I love them ?

Quick and professional response to my home plumbing disaster. Pleasant on the phone, promised to arrive within the hour (and did), fixed everything in 40 minutes and left it all cleaned up. Sergio was top notch. They came recommended and I am fully comfortable recommending them to anyone else. If you're in Los Feliz/Silver Lake area Nautilus should be the only plumber on your list.

Amazing! I called Nautilus Plumbing expecting to schedule an appointment in a week and to my amazement they had someone at my house in 30 minutes. I've had two plumbers talk to me about the problem I was having with my water pressure, but they were too afraid to touch anything. Sergio arrived, got the details from me and dug right in. Within 15 minutes he was able to tell me what was causing the problem. He then ran out and picked up the part and within an hour my plumbing was fixed. I had been dealing this this problem for almost a year. I am so excited to have found this company.

Just excellent. I had never called an emergency/24-hour plumber before and I reached Jake at 11pm on a Saturday who walked me through some best-practices to set up my plumbing issue for his team. Sergio and Henry came first thing in the morning the following Monday, arriving early, took 10 minutes to fix the problem having clearly stated the price for the work and any incremental rises should problems occur. An absolutely 100% experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have used them for the past few years and they are very reliable and honest. We had an emergency on Thanksgiving which they were able to quickly arrive and fix for us and we later had them repair our sewer line. Always happy with their service.

Called them for a plumbing issue I had at my apartment and they scheduled a plumber that day. Not only were they on time but they called me 5 minutes early saying that they were there. They had the job done quickly and businesslike and I cant complain about their service in the least. Only one problem, moderately expensive but worth the price. I would gladly recommend Nautilus to any friends in my area.

This is the third time I've used Nautilus. This time was to install a new water heater at my Los Feliz home. As before, I found the Nautilus plumbers to be highly knowledgeable & skilled. Fernando & assistant know what they are doing, & I'm happy w/ my heater. Their prices were competitive. Their office staffer, Rosie, was also very helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when I had questions re obtaining a City permit for the heater. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Wow... amazing. I called this company LAST MINUTE because ORIGINALLY we scheduled a a DIFFERENT Plummer to visit today at 12PM with another company.... the time being 4:08PM, and they are still not here... they told us 30 min, 40 min, and then another 30 min 40 min...

ANYWAY I CALLED NAUTILUS PLUMMING and I told them the situation of our kitchen sink leak... and how the original Plummer has still not shown up... and they had a 5-6PM slot open.. but could see if they can come out earlier. I received a call 10 min after scheduling and was told they could come out in 15 minutes... and they showed up EXACTLY on time!!! I am SO HAPPY.... I want to almost cry.. lol... anyway I recommend this company 100 percent!!!

Nautilus is the best! Reliable and they get the job done. They replaced our sewer line among other things in our 1934 home, very happy with the work.

These guys are great. They fixed a leak in the outside gas line, in no time, for a great price, and left the place in the same condition as before, so nobody can even tell, that any work was done. Great sense of humor, yet very professional.
I know I made the right choice.

I called to get a detect a leak at my property. The company sent out the plumber the same day and found the leak and fixed the problem, very professional. If you want to good job done I highly recommend this company.

They were quick to provide an estimate. On time. When the job got tough they kept their cool. Even though they had to switch gears and hand dig a trench instead of using pipe bursting they did it without altering the budget. Finished the job to my complete satisfaction.

Its important to have your tankless water heaters serviced and Nautilus took care of this efficiently and were also able to take care of a leaky faucet that had been irritating us at the same time, especially with there being a severe drought.
