Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! Leonard is very reliable and works with you to schedule appts that are convenient. He communicates very well with the process and any concerns or questions you may have. We have used Leonard for replacing a garbage disposal and for repairing and replacing toilet mechanism parts. We call on Leonard with our issues, first!

Leonard has been a huge help to us fixing up our new home. He can repair, replace, upgrade anything. I had a leak in the ceiling. Leonard understood in a second where it came from. It was from my bathroom above. A slow drip coming inside the wall from my shower handle. He fixed in no time. I was dreading this would be very expensive but it was not. Very easy to fix. He even looked down with a camera to make sure he could not see any mold. Leonard is also very nice a pleasant to be around. On top of it he also helped me remove a very irritating fan I have in the ceiling of another bathroom that was making so much noice and that I did not need in that bathroom. I can highly recommend to use him.
