My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!

The two men that came to take a look at the kitchen drain, were polite and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue immediately and let us know what the problem was. I have recommended The Drain Co to couple of my neighbors :)

We had both of our toilets that are super old and rusty, which were clogged and was not able to flush whatsoever so we called Thai service and Dave Diaz did an amazing job! He took his time and assessed everything before he started getting to work and he was able to fix it perfectly, I definitely recommend Dave he’s awesome!
