Charles and Edwin did an amazing job working on our pipes at my restaurant. They were quick and had good communication from beginning to end. John always does a great job. He uses quality parts and does quality work. He also takes the time to clean up thoroughly which is always a plus. His prices are fair. I highly recommend.

Gr plumbing came to my house due to a main sewer stoppage upon arrival i was greeted by Gonzalo and Adrian , they ran there sewer camera up to the stoppage then they ran there sewer snake they were able to clear the stoppage but upon running the camera again they spotted a big root intrusion, they could have easily tried to sell me a whole repipe but they told me that the rest of my pipe was in good shape so they gave me a bid to replace that section I was pleased with the price , next day they were here on time two Vans and plenty of guys by noon they were done I am very pleased with GR plumbing on there professionalism, ethics, and efficiency. Latest service was helping me get apartment ready to show. Hooked up my stove, dishwasher and washer dryer. The previous job was replacing the water heater with a tankless one to give me more room in the kitchen for washer dryer. They always do a beautiful job, whatever they do for me. I love them ?

If you're looking for an honest, skilled group of plumbers look no further. Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. are great to work with as are their staff (I've worked with Jay and Oliver). Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

Finally a company i can trust, i had 2 company's come out to give me a quote and this guy by far was the best in price and explaining my current issue as to why my main was getting clogged (all the time). They came by and got it unclogged , i will be calling them back this week to get them to come and fix it (permanently), i recommend them, just call them you wont be dissapointed!

The company scheduling department could use improvement. I was assigned 9-11am time window. I had permission from the HOA to shut the water to the building for repairs from 9 to 3pm. The service team showed up at 2pm.

Chris and Ben were very knowledgeable, cordial and prioritized the job to meet the 3pm deadline. I will schedule another appointment and request the same team Chris and Ben to finish the rest.

I had a leaking pipe last weekend under the house, my husband tried to fix it and ended up making things worse. I called J.B late Saturday night, they came in and fixed the problem in no time. I truly appreciate it, saved us the hassle of trying to figure what the actual problem was. From a very satisfied customer.

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.
