Once again Ace Plumbing came to my rescue. The owner of the company Joe is so kind, professional, quick to respond, and very reasonable pricing. Kevin came to my home and had my sump pump replace in no time. Kevin was very kind, professional and reassured me that all would be OK. Again, thank you so much Ace Plumbing! The technician who came to our house was prompt, courteous and efficient. The information we were given however was either faulty or false. The customer service on the other hand was abrupt, rude and unhelpful. The lady who answered the phone hung up on my husband while he was seeking assistance.

Tim Paul was great. He explained everything and went above and beyond getting the work done. Will be calling asking for him next time.

Very reasonable, professional & fast.

As an unfortunate Christmas Eve special, when DMV area received over 2 inches of rain, the sump pump quit working and flooded the basement. Luckily we have an unfinished basement and we have only the HVAC and water heater in there. We had over 16 inches in the basement!
Luckily we got a recommendation for Van and we called him on Christmas morning. He promised to be here by 10 AM the next day. And sure enough he arrived by 9:30 AM with his wife.

He quickly assessed the situation and for to work right away - took out the old sump pump, installed a temporary pump to drain all the water (enough to fill a swimming pool), and then install a new sump pump.

There was a second drain in the basement that was clogged too. Van was able to use an electric snake and unclog this drain :)

It took quite a bit of work but Van finished it in good time and installed the new sump pump cleanly.

We are really happy with the work done by Van and highly recommend him for any future work.

I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I’m so glad I made this move because all the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t need. Honest , respectful, knowledgeable and helpful that’s all I wanted to say. Wow, what a horrible experience so far.. Between the poor quality of work, damaging my subfloor which caused the bathroom tiles to collapse, dropping wood and cast iron in my drain which caused a severe backup and the lack of caring or concerns for my issues ive decided to sue michael soper and abbott brothers plumbing. Ive posted pictures of the collapse tiles in my bathroom, the sewer clog and what i found in the drain, and my toilet paper holder after his employees broke it. I also posted pictures of the three guys who did the work. A company is only as good as its employees and these guys really are the worst.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.
