This is a Family-Owned Business and they take their work seriously; it is not just a job for them, it is their Trade, their Profession and their Calling. 1) When I was looking for a Plumber for a major project regarding upgrading, fixing and renovation of my Tenant’s water system, I reached out to their Main Office and the Owner, Mr. Joe, answered all of my questions precisely. He knew exactly what plumbing issues I was talking about right away and gave me a quote over the phone. It was very nice to have that security of having and Expert on the other end of the line and also the security of knowing beforehand what expenses to expect, whereas other companies make you wait for a quote. 2) His own son, Mr. Jeff, who is very experienced because he was around the Trade from a very young age, completed the entire complex operation while exceeding my expectations in quality of workmanship - and did so in half of projected time; moreover he was very patient, understanding and helpful, explained everything beforehand, walked me through the entire process to alleviate my worries about the plumbing system modification. 3) Mr. Jeff is very detail-oriented and it shows that he cares about his work a lot. He went above and beyond, building from scratch some parts of our tenants’ system - for example a unique, non-standard rarely-found-in-stores run-off valve - and did so correctly from proper materials - copper; (as this part was previously improperly built from plastic and incorrectly installed by previous plumbers.) Additionally, 4) Mr. Jeff is not only a knowledgeable Professional, but is also very customer-service oriented, even bringing in his own tarp so as not to walk over my tenants’ floor in work boots - which my tenants appreciated. 5) As far as COVID precautions are concerned, the Staff of this Company are Vaccinated, but they still wear a mask as a Courtesy to the Client - which we also appreciate tremendously. 6) Also, as a side-note: this Company doesn’t use After-Market parts, all equipment they install is new, out-of-the-box. 7) Moreover, their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY - within this expensive Industry. I will be their life-long client and I will be recommending them highly to all my friends and family! To anyone who is looking for a great Plumbing Company - this is it! You can’t get better than this Experienced, Honest, Professional Family Business.

Metcalf Plumbing had the best reviews and I was so excited! I called to have a flooding /backup issue repaired. The agent was very nice and professional. I let the agent know on the phone prior to the plumber coming out that I was using insurance and that I had a claim number before they sent the plumber out. The plumber was out to us in record time (within 2hrs of the request). Unfortunately when the plumber arrived he let us know that the company does not except insurance payments, he took a look at the issue gave my fiancé some professional advice to maintain the issue until we can get the issue resolved and emailed us the quote that we would need to pay the estimated cost of $6800 upfront and be reimbursed by the insurance payments (I was not informed of that fact upfront, I was only told about the $75 service fee). So if you are intending to have your service covered by insurance this company would not be ideal unless you have the money for the repairs upfront and can afford to wait for a reimbursement from your insurance.

My warranty company assigned Ray’s plumbing after two others and they were extremely knowledgeable. Very respectable, reliable and overall a great experience for having my first plumbing issue of a new home. I would highly recommend and if I have a plumbing concern come back up, I will reach back out to him and his team.

Everyone was nice and responsive but the plumber they sent was fairly new and kept reminding me of the fact. I asked some administrative questions about the service and they kept telling me they weren’t trained yet. I ultimately didn’t proceed and had to rearrange my work schedule to call a different company to come out and assess.

Had our regular plumber quote us 2 grand to replace a water heater. Bought a good quality Rheem from H.D. and D W Bahr was the recommended installer. Sandy took my call late Thursday (she was amazing) bought the unit Friday on will call, Ed & Nick showed up on time Saturday morning. Works great, they were quick and efficient and the whole project was almost half of the original quote. We will definitely use these folks again!

The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the supervisor was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.
