Best Sewer Repairs in Baltimore MD

Aside from the first two times that I had T.L. Plumbing come out to my house (the 1st time for a garbage disposal and the 2nd for our hot water heater) I had been suffering from a water line to my previous two refrigerators that did little more than dribble a supply. It was quite a job just getting to the original tap that was barely delivering the water supply through a pin hole. That section of the water line had to be cut out and replaced along with a new tap to deliver a sufficient amount of water to the fridge. Now after 30 years we have a steady flow of drinking water and plenty of ice cubes. Thanks Ty

Russell came out the same day I called and resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Additionally, he educated me on avoiding the same issue with my dishwasher in the future.

I would not recommend this company because they did not show up for my appointment when I had a major plumbing issue. I was assigned to Stilwell plumbing by my warranty company. They claim they could only give me an appointment for Wednesday July 1st from 8-12pm as a window of time of arrival. My warranty company call them, then they assigned me a 4-8pm time slot on Tuesday June 30th. No one from Stilwell Plumbing showed up to address my major plumbing issue. Nor did anyone call to inform me that they had to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I call their emergency line and left a message around 8:30pm and it is almost 2 hours later, and I still haven’t receive a call back. I would think as a business they would have been more professional and to their customers.

This is a good company and overall I would recommend them for any needs.The 4 stars is just for this particular service call and is not a 5 star review for two reasons.1. I booked an emergency after hours service call which was canceled later in the day. I had to wait until the following day for an issue I was willing to pay extra to fix same day.2. I thought the price was a little steep for replacing outdoor outlets. (averaged out to about $200 an outlet parts & labor)The Good was that the service tech was nice and did good work. The work he did adding a breaker and outlet for a dedicated FIOS power supply was just what I needed.

We've used Metcalf for a few projects now and have been very happy with their work. They always run on time, call before they come, explain the options to fix the problem and are very professional and kind. I'd definitely recommend!

Nick's seriously the best! His thoroughness and accuracy are unmatched and he's the one I call (and the one I recommend to friends and family) when experiencing plumbing issues. I've also recommended him to friends for installation/design at their place of business.

You can count on Nick's Plumbing to get the job done right the first time, and to not suggest any unnecessary repairs. If he detects a small issue, a small issue is what he'll fix. If it's a larger project, he'll explain it all in a way that makes perfect sense so you know you're in good hands.
