The tech I had was Michael. He was professional and explained a water softener system to me as I am not familiar with one. He repaired the system with no issue. I did not give 5 stars because they cancelled on me yesterday evening. At least they came back today.

Came to provide free estimate but then wanted to charge to determine where leak was. Would not allow us to show him how the drain was leaking. Needed to turn on the water so he could see the leak but instead stated he needed to pour a bucket of water down the drain. Well by the time he could observe the drain the water was gone. Therefore wanted to run a drain leak test, for a fee, versus just looking at the drain while water was running.

They were extremely professional and did a great job explaining what the problem was. Would definitely use them again!

He was able to clear our VERY clogged kitchen sink drain, all while maintaining social distancing with not only myself, but my two young children. He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.
