We have called TLBack several times for various reasons. He has always been prompt and thorough; sometimes coming the very same day that we called. The owner, Ty, is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

It was by accident that I found out about Metcalf. The water from my kitchen sink was not draining properly and also water was collecting in the dishwasher and not draining. Mike immediately saw the problem and fixed it. In fact he made an adjustment on my garbage disposal that also contributed to the dishwasher not draining properly. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I'm sure the other plumbers at Metcalf are good also but I would definitely ask for Mike again. So professional, so pleasant, very thorough in making sure everything was right before he finished up. We even shared a few laughs. I might add one other thing about cost. It was very reasonable.

Nick was excellent. Even though it was a minor repair, he was efficient and very fair. I will continue to use Nick's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Beyond satisfied. The French drain in my basement decided to back up after Wednesday's storm and I needed assistance ASAP. LJ Butler has fantastic reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Wes picked up immediately and I explained the situation. He gave me a window when he'd be out and frequently contacted me with updates on my situation and when he'd be by the house. I honestly thought I wouldn't have anyone out the same day but Wes went above and beyond and was at our house within a few short hours.

He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to plug and seal the outdated French drain, seeing that it was of no use. He also showed me damage to the drain leading into the street, which was probably the cause for the back up.

After all was completed, I expected to pay dearly for same day service but was pleasantly surprised with the low (but fair) cost. I really can't thank Wes and LJ Butler Plumbing enough for the quality of work and professionalism I received. I certainly plan on using them for future repairs and installations.

Office staff and technician provided excellent service , the technician was punctual and did a great job on our repair.

The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the supervisor was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.
