Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

I have used Abbott Brothers Plumbing for several jobs so they were the first company I called when I had a clogged drain. Tim and Marty were great. Called to arrive 90 mins before original window but I didn't mind. The plumber (not sure name but #2648) was professional, clean and quick. Even with the $100 off coupon it was still $600 to clear a clogged kitchen drain though.

After this season's rains, we found a hole in the back yard of our 1925 house, which turned out to be the remains of a septic tank that was original to the property, and which we'd never realized was there.

Frank Taciak arrived on time to assess the situation, gave us a estimated price, followed by emailing a written quote. Several weeks passed before we were able to schedule the work, but Frank stayed on top of it, got here as we'd arranged, and completed the job, taking particular care with the garden plants that were near where the dig was done.

I would recommend this company without reservation. Great job!

Jacob Vunga saved the day. What a guy. Showed up on time, removed the old water heater, went to hole depot with me and installed the new one. A true professional and one of the main reasons I stick with roto rooter. Dispatchers are always engaged and focused on providing solid customer experience as well. 5 star service!!!!

I live in a very old house with very old plumbing and appliances. On top of that my water heater and furnace are in a crawlspace under my house with only a trap door to enter through. I knew it wouldn't be easy to remove our very old hot water heater and install a new one but James & Joe did a FANTASTIC job! They wrestled the old beast out. They replaced extremely old valves and brought everything up to today's code. There was an issue with my low water pressure which made their job harder but they stayed until everything was working perfectly. This is my first use of a plumber in over 15 years and I can safely say I won't call any other company for my future needs. They showed up quickly thanks to Katie, which was wonderful because we had no hot water. They worked very long and hard to get our hot water flowing again. My house is definitely not the average home (old & not laid out well) which makes these sorts of projects harder but James & Joe really know their stuff and got it done. I HIGHLY recommend Abend Plumbing & Heating, they're great from start to finish. With the cost of everything so high these days I was afraid how much this job would cost but I believe I paid a very fair price for all the time and work done. If you're concerned about cost I would definitely call Abend for an estimate, they honestly do great work.

Called in the morning. They were able to get plumbers to me same day for a new water heater. Plumbers were friendly, on time, and efficient. I have used Alpha Plumbing a number of times in the past and have always been pleased.😀
