I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

Joe has been doing work for me since 2010, he is an excellent plumber. His work is always impeccable. He is honest, fair and hard working. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Basement plumbing was backed up and overflowing. Len the Plumber came out next day and on time. We spoke about the different options to repair and the associated costs. Trey was professional and quick. I'll definitely use them again.

Our water heater started leaking and we called Metcalf first thing in the morning. They sent Chris and Ryan out to survey the situation and they were able to not only replace it but also bring us up to current code standards. We really appreciate how knowledgeable and skilled they were and are nice guys to boot!
This is our second time using them and will continue to call Metcalf for all of our plumbing needs.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat.
