I woke up to two leaking pipes two days before Xmas. Catons was the only local plumber who could send someone that day. There was no service charge for coming to provide an estimate. Although their 1/2 hour labor rate is extremely high, the plumber did excellent work and everything was fixed within 3 hours.

Company responded to my request quickly. David arrived a few hours later, as planned. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult drainpipe clog. Repaired pipes. Also, diagnosed an old bathroom faucet leak. Family plumbing plan will probably work out well for us.

We had a leak from the gas line leading to our dryer. Someone recommended Metcalf Plumbing, so we gave them a call. I called around 9:00 and the technicians arrived at 1:00 that same day. The technicians were prompt, professional, and kind. They were able to identify the leak quickly and fix it, all within a half hour. The total cost was $59, which we found extremely affordable given the quotes we received from other companies. All in all, we had a great experience and would happily recommended them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Called after my sump pump suddenly started making loud noises. Spiro came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within minutes, then performed a test to ensure it was working properly. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged me 10x what he did, but only charged me for the visit. I appreciate the honesty and will only use Empire going forward. Thank you!

Outstanding fast service, friendly knowledgeable crew! We had to replace our main waterline (on a flag lot). The day of service there was practically a monsoon and the crew continued work with smiles and great attitudes. They worked extremely diligently and did their best to clean up. They followed up two days later with a pressure washer to clean the layer of mud that had gotten on the driveway and walkways due to the monsoon.I am extremely happy with the service we received and highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. Promises never kept. Over charge you for simple installation.. We had them to come out and see what was wrong with our water heater. The Plummer said he needed to order the part, but I need to confirm it first(contract signature). It was May 10th, he stated it would arrive May 25th. It never arrived! We then called them on May 27th and they told us that we had not confirmed them to order the part. May 27 I told them we did with the plummer that was here that had us to sign the contract, so order it again. They now said it would arrive June 10th. We called June 10, 12, 13th, and the 14th. Item has not arrived. On June 16th we told them to keep the part, and we would rather purchase a whole new water heater and have hot water than to deal with them. We purchased a water heater and had it installed ($875.00)much cheaper then Stilwell($1300.00). Stilwell called us 3 days after we had the new water heater installed, and stated that the part was available. The Hell! A month and a week to get hot water and these clowns want our business? Especially at those prices. We rather not. They even tried to charge my mom $475.00 to fix her kitchwn sink. To compare, mom called another Plummer and they did it for $275.00, and it took the Plummer less than an hr.

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

Overpriced, and they don't explain what the charges really are before they do the work. Also the work they did didn't even fix our problem at all. Now were stuck paying off a bill to them on work we didn't really need.
