Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

The technicians re-routed gas pipes to fit into the miniscule space behind our new BlueStar range. They even took a look at our furnace that had issues turning back on after the work was complete.

Roto Rooter was very responsive to my situation where other plumbing companies just flat out said they couldn’t help me. My tech was Wayne #2409. He was very respectful, answered all my questions with patience, and new how to receive extra assistance in order to fix the problem in a same day session. He also followed all Covid-19 guidelines. I have had to use Caton's twice in the last few months for two different projects in my home. I had Bruce come each time. I cannot say enough about how amazing he was. He was professional, polite, and went above and beyond on the last job he completed - replacing our sump pump! I highly recommend Caton's.
