My limited experience with Pappas Plumbing LLC (for a second opinion) included a lack of communication and scheduling issues (8hr service window and no call no show after 8pm - unacceptable). None of these issues, which were brought to the attention of the owner, Tory, seemed to be of concern. On a positive note and the reason for two stars as opposed to only one star, Tory demonstrated the ability to deal with an exhausted, frustrated, and dissatisfied homeowner with kindness.
The takeaway... over communication is always better, it keeps the homeowner in the loop and builds confidence that their service request is in capable hands. Ultimately, I reported my experience to my warranty company and went with another plumber.
