Evan & crew were great! Super polite, observed COVID protocols, which we really appreciated with a toddler in the house.
Diagnosed, unclogged and tested all back to normal in about two hours.
Will be scheduling for R/R of undersink garbage disposal soon.

They assessed the problem and then got right to it and cleaned out the clog. They where very polite the entire time and cleaned everything up after they where done.

Lou and Lew were excellent I called them on the 4th of July weekend and mr Metcalf came right over and told me he would have someone out to me in 2 days, sent me a proposal which was exactly what he quoted me and his worker Lew was excellent, I would definitely recommend them for anything you need

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

I would not recommend. The techs don't seem honest. I heard a vibration sound from pipes when water was running. I was told that there are free estimates. I was charged $375 by the tech for 1 hour of service before he diagnosed the problem. The tech did a marginal adjustment to resolve the problem. The call centers service was good.

My family recently had a plumbing issue with our garbage disposal/pipes and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only did they get the work done quickly, they were thorough and the most professional plumbers we’ve ever dealt with. I would never call anyone else.

Fast and efficient service

Although fairly higher priced then I was anticipating, the technician that came out was very pleasant, professional and spent his time doing the job correctly. He took into consideration the risks associated with opening my old cast iron pipes and explained what could happen prior to starting the work. Took about 3 hours from arrival time, evaluation and discussion and snaking the main line clear. Came on a Sunday. Helped me clean up afterwards. Was pleased with the results.

W.A. Gambrill installed new faucets and piping in bathroom vanities including a new sink bowl. Additionally, they installed new valves for the basement piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the plumbers were professional in resolving all issues, the office staff was responsive to scheduling, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this local firm.

I called several places for an emergency plumbing problem. Everyone wanted 2 days. Catons came right away! My technician was very helpful, he explained all the work beforehand. The job was a bit messy, but the technician cleaned everything up without me even asking him to! Very pleased with the service.
