I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

I call Len the Plumber because they have always been able to send someone out the same day as advertised. I had a kitchen sink leak and Jake Miller showed up early that day. He was quickly able to identify the issue and did the repair. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, referred me to Clean Sweep Enterprise Inc. for same day water mitigation service (referrals are everything). My dogs loved him too. I can't say enough good things about our appointment with Stephen. Our AC stopped working during a string of 90° days, and I frantically called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. Even better, he showed up earlier than the allotted time (after calling to let me know, of course) and had thought ahead to bring specific parts with him. So many contractors waste your time and money, but Stephen was profoundly professional, honest, and straightforward with the pricing. Our AC was fixed quickly without any jerking around, and we are absolutely saving his number for any future issues.

Khai is a professional. Diligent, thoughtful, persistent. He unblocked our drain using 100feet of cable. He did not stop until the line was clear. He explained every part of the process. Many thanks to you Khai.

UPDATE 8/2I talked to a supervisor, Mr Hammock, yesterday. He checked out my pictures and got a technician out next day. The tech arrived early in the morning and got the fan cleaned out. He did a check of the unit to make sure nothing else was wrong. Im happy with the service I received after getting in touch with a supervisor. He called to make sure I was happy with the service before the tech left.(8/1)Was sold an overpriced useless care program. You’re supposed to get priority service and you do NOT get it. It took 2 weeks to get a tech out for my ac not blowing air properly. When they tech did show up he said it was from the filter being “overrated” for my system. He removed it and left it out. I was told to leave the filter out. I asked if the problem was the blower fan and he said no. Tech leaves without doing anything besides remove a filter. The problem was not solved so I got on Google and tried to figure it out myself. Once again the blower fan was listed as a possible problem. I went and checked myself and there is something jammed up in it. I called and they said a tech would not come back out for 7 days. I asked for a supervisor to call me and they have not. It’s been 24 hours and they were supposed to call same day. If you have a problem with your service do not expect them to make it right.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

After doing plenty of research on plumbers in Baltimore, I called this company because of their customer reviews. I called on a Tuesday morning because my basement flooded Monday night. They said the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning and would be here between 9 and 9:30am and would call when they were on the way. at 9:15am I hadn't heard anything so I called. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. No idea of the appt or the project. So the EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone (I think he said Mark Butler) told me he would try to find out IF someone was coming. I said IF???? He responded that there were a lot of people there and he didn't take the order so he doesn't know if someone is coming. He was rude and nearly yelling at me because I was questioning IF someone was coming and not when?? He called me back and said someone would be here around 11:30am. That time was not as avail for me and the fact that the company was so unorganized no one knew what anyone else was doing and especially because I have never been talked to like that from a vendor - I decided to start from scratch and look for someone else. I am disappointed and upset that I did my research, waited with my basement in this condition so I can work with this company and now I am starting all over again - but I think better then that then enter into a job with a company that does not have their stuff together and then yells at the customer when they ask questions. I don't have a company I recommend yet, but I don't recommend calling this company.
