Zach Hugel was the service tech that diagnosed the issue with my a/c. He was very professional throughout the entire visit. He was also very thorough in his findings and detailed in his explanation of the issue. He then put me in contact with Brian Kelly who walked me through my options of replacing my system. I never felt that I was being upsold. Brian gave me my options and we discussed what was the best fit for my home. Both Zach and Brian were a great representation of the company.

We called with a problem, leaky valve and a plumber was here within 4 hours. The work was done quickly and professionally and life is back to normal.

Called this morning and a technician was dispatched to my home today. As I waiting the manager called and explained that the original technician that was supposed to come out had some van trouble and stated he will be sending someone else within the hour. Brian #742 arrived within the scheduled hour and look into our situation. Needless to say I had to get it replaced but I was overall satisfied with the service. Brian explained the cause of the sump pump failure and what needed to be done. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I have used this company before five years ago for the same problem. I wasn't hesitant to call them again. Prompt and satisfactory service. Thank you for keeping my home from flooding.

Poor customer service. Promises never kept. Over charge you for simple installation.. We had them to come out and see what was wrong with our water heater. The Plummer said he needed to order the part, but I need to confirm it first(contract signature). It was May 10th, he stated it would arrive May 25th. It never arrived! We then called them on May 27th and they told us that we had not confirmed them to order the part. May 27 I told them we did with the plummer that was here that had us to sign the contract, so order it again. They now said it would arrive June 10th. We called June 10, 12, 13th, and the 14th. Item has not arrived. On June 16th we told them to keep the part, and we would rather purchase a whole new water heater and have hot water than to deal with them. We purchased a water heater and had it installed ($875.00)much cheaper then Stilwell($1300.00). Stilwell called us 3 days after we had the new water heater installed, and stated that the part was available. The Hell! A month and a week to get hot water and these clowns want our business? Especially at those prices. We rather not. They even tried to charge my mom $475.00 to fix her kitchwn sink. To compare, mom called another Plummer and they did it for $275.00, and it took the Plummer less than an hr.

UPDATE 8/2I talked to a supervisor, Mr Hammock, yesterday. He checked out my pictures and got a technician out next day. The tech arrived early in the morning and got the fan cleaned out. He did a check of the unit to make sure nothing else was wrong. Im happy with the service I received after getting in touch with a supervisor. He called to make sure I was happy with the service before the tech left.(8/1)Was sold an overpriced useless care program. You’re supposed to get priority service and you do NOT get it. It took 2 weeks to get a tech out for my ac not blowing air properly. When they tech did show up he said it was from the filter being “overrated” for my system. He removed it and left it out. I was told to leave the filter out. I asked if the problem was the blower fan and he said no. Tech leaves without doing anything besides remove a filter. The problem was not solved so I got on Google and tried to figure it out myself. Once again the blower fan was listed as a possible problem. I went and checked myself and there is something jammed up in it. I called and they said a tech would not come back out for 7 days. I asked for a supervisor to call me and they have not. It’s been 24 hours and they were supposed to call same day. If you have a problem with your service do not expect them to make it right.

Great work, fast service, experienced and knowledgable team. I first worked with Fitz Mechanical 8 years ago when we installed a new boiler in our home. We called several companies and Fitz had the best pricing. I've since worked with them many times over the years for various HVAC and plumbing services, they've always been fast, reliable and done a quality job.

I called LJ Butler Plumbing for a toilet repair. He was at my house within a half hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done under an hour. I cannot thank LJ Butler enough for a job well done, and the price was also reasonable .

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. We have had Horizon come out twice to check our HVAC system, and both times the appointment ended with the technicians convincing us we had to replace the entire system. Fortunately, both times we got second opinions: the first time it just needed a top off of the freon, and the leak was not bad enough to warrant a system replacement. They were also going to charge us $250/lb for the refill. The company we got a second opinion from charged us around $100/lb.The second time we had them out was just yesterday as a free maintenance check which came with the service plan we had with them. During that call, the technician told us our compressor was broken and the whole system needed to be replaced. We had not had any issues with the system, but the technician told us it was not worth fixing. A technician from another company came out today for a second opinion and showed us we only needed a new capacitor, which was very reasonably priced.The technicians we have met with have been very friendly but are very definitely salespeople trying to sell you something you don't need. We were told by the first Horizon technician that a full system replacement will be somewhere between $12k and $25k. We were later told by other HVAC companies that that price was outrageously expensive. We will not be using Horizon again, and I recommend you look elsewhere for HVAC services. Horizon's business practices are clearly predatory and looking to make a buck off of people who don't understand these systems. I wouldn't trust them.
