There are many reputable plumbing companies in the Baltimore Area, but few run by Master Plumbers that are willing to get their own hands dirty. Great rates and fast service, what more can you ask for?

We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

I've been searching for a plumber to install my shower faucet handles. When I called for an appointment, the call center took my call. I listed the two jobs I had, and asked for a technician to visit to create an estimate. A customer service person called back, and I asked a few questions about their rates. That person couldn't answer my questions and transferred me to the customer service manager, a Mrs. Marshall. I politely asked for a range of rates, and she was extremely rude in response. Nonetheless I remained polite, and asked her six times if I could speak, but each time she told me there was nothing for me to say.I had one company come out this week and bill me for the visit, then tell me they couldn't send me an invoice. I had another company come out and not bill for the visit. I'm a little gun shy about the first one, and wanted reassurance that their services would be within a reasonable price range before I paid for the technician to come out. There is a huge range of pricing, and I'm a regular homeowner who wants information before spending her money. I don't think that's an unreasonable concept, but she was shouting about it as if I was asking for the moon.After six times of asking if I could speak, but being told no, I told her that I'd be reporting on my experiences on the neighborhood referral page.The call was recorded, so after hanging up on her as she continued to rampage, I called the call center back to express my dissatisfaction with how I was treated, so the recording of that call could be sent to her manager. I can't imagine an owner would want their customer service manager speaking to people that way.While a very kind person in the call center tried to take my message, Mrs Marshall 'took over' the call, cutting that person out of the call, and proceeded to be even ruder, both to me and the poor call center employee, who didn't even know what was going on. It was incredibly unprofessional and agressive. She accused me of 'harrasing' the people at the customer call center. I was doing no such thing. Customers have a right to report adverse experiences.I explained that I did not wish to speak to her, and that I was calling to file a compliant with the company management. She proudly informed me that she had already sent the recording to her boss, and that they were fine with it.I've never once seen a customer service manager respond so visciously to questions from a potential customer, or go to the lengths that she did to be rude. It was uncalled for and seemingly uncharacteristic for the company, based on the 4 star rating.Obviously, I won't be making that appointment for the technician to come out, and when I report to the neighborhood group on my experiences with the various companies I've contacted, Len the Plumber will be at the bottom of the list. I imagine that they have great technicians, but if a company cannot spend a few minutes explaining things politely and calmly, and winning a customer's trust, all the technique in the world won't matter.The grand finale was her telling me she was 'blocking my number', as if I'd ever call again! My heavens! LIke a grade schoool argument.

The technician,Juan Argueta, was very polite and nice explained everything to me perfectly he installed a new water heater, he put a New shut off valve in ,2023 I would like him to come back and put a new sub pump and I’ve already talked to him about this,He cleaned up all of his mess , I recommend him to anybody that calls Michael and sons thank you so much you did an excellent job!!

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.
