This is a Family-Owned Business and they take their work seriously; it is not just a job for them, it is their Trade, their Profession and their Calling. 1) When I was looking for a Plumber for a major project regarding upgrading, fixing and renovation of my Tenant’s water system, I reached out to their Main Office and the Owner, Mr. Joe, answered all of my questions precisely. He knew exactly what plumbing issues I was talking about right away and gave me a quote over the phone. It was very nice to have that security of having and Expert on the other end of the line and also the security of knowing beforehand what expenses to expect, whereas other companies make you wait for a quote. 2) His own son, Mr. Jeff, who is very experienced because he was around the Trade from a very young age, completed the entire complex operation while exceeding my expectations in quality of workmanship - and did so in half of projected time; moreover he was very patient, understanding and helpful, explained everything beforehand, walked me through the entire process to alleviate my worries about the plumbing system modification. 3) Mr. Jeff is very detail-oriented and it shows that he cares about his work a lot. He went above and beyond, building from scratch some parts of our tenants’ system - for example a unique, non-standard rarely-found-in-stores run-off valve - and did so correctly from proper materials - copper; (as this part was previously improperly built from plastic and incorrectly installed by previous plumbers.) Additionally, 4) Mr. Jeff is not only a knowledgeable Professional, but is also very customer-service oriented, even bringing in his own tarp so as not to walk over my tenants’ floor in work boots - which my tenants appreciated. 5) As far as COVID precautions are concerned, the Staff of this Company are Vaccinated, but they still wear a mask as a Courtesy to the Client - which we also appreciate tremendously. 6) Also, as a side-note: this Company doesn’t use After-Market parts, all equipment they install is new, out-of-the-box. 7) Moreover, their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY - within this expensive Industry. I will be their life-long client and I will be recommending them highly to all my friends and family! To anyone who is looking for a great Plumbing Company - this is it! I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. We started using Roto-Rooter after several hit or miss attempts with other plumbing services. Because of the convenience and consistent fix it once and fix it right experience we've received from their service rep Charles (#737) we will continue to use them. We know that things will be done right, professionally, and that we can be assured of a quick response that is as prompt and on time as promised when we schedule the service.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

Our service technician, Dave Whittington, (2268) was very pleasant and explained everything he was going to do to fix our plumbing problem and reviewed it again after he was done. I will be asking for Dave the next time I need a really good plumber!

Collin did a wonderful job and went well above and beyond what I expected. My condo had a ton of issues with turning the water off to my unit and they dealt with the issues from my building manager and stayed until the job was done. I would readily call them again for any work on my condo.
