Ace Plumbing was a sub-contractor working for Kenwood Kitchens when we remodeled our bathrooms. Kevin did such a great job, that I contacted Ace to do some additional plumbing work on our house. Kevin was once again our plumber and did an excellent job - quick, neat and the price was very reasonable. You will be very pleased with any work that you have Ace plumbing do for you.

Mike, the technician is professional, friendly and nice. He is well organized and explains what’s going on. But the business is not what was expected when it comes to responding. I called them 8:15am, they put me on schedule between 12pm to 4:30pm and told me the dispatcher will give a call in 30 minutes, never happened. I kept calling and the office lady wasn’t understanding my situation. Again, the dispatcher never called, and finally the technician came at 8pm.The morning office lady never tried to understand my situation which was really emergency.

we had a pipe freeze Saturday and leak from our 2nd floor to our living room and during one of the coldest and busiest days. Catons was able to be here within a couple of hours. Very professional and trustworthy. Took awhile, but it looks like we are on the mend. Even had a followup visit on Sunday. Whew.

BW Plumbing was great! I had another company come out right before they did and I was told it was my hot water tank had burst and that was the reason why my first floor flooded. Sawma came out from BW plumbing and told me it wasn't my hot water tank that burst but it was a leak from inside the wall. Sure enough after cutting into the wall he found the leak! Thanks again Sawma! I would use this company again!

I initially called Michael and Sons out for an emergency sewage backup. The technician came promptly and said he cleared the clog. 4 weeks later while using the shower our toilet overflowed and I called them again. The technician came out and claimed to have cleared the clog again. It was confusing how the clog had reformed so quickly, but we again paid for the work. I called and scheduled a diagnostic to determine what was going on and waited for the technician. I got an call shortly before the end of the arrival window from a manager stating that they don't do camera work in pipes above ground level. He said he would call back with other options but never did. I called a few days after and left a message for him but my call was not returned. This evening while showering my husband notices that the same toilet was beginning to overflow again. I called Michael and Sons and stated that the same issue was happening again. The person who answered basically told me that we'd have to pay for the work to be done a 3rd time even though they are clearly not actually fixing the issue despite taking money each time. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a company whose technicians clearly can't fix the issue and whose managers won't return calls but will continue taking money. I'm hopeful that the next company I hire will be competent.

Mike was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions that I had. When he finished the job, he went over with me everything that he had done. Before Mike left my house he cleaned up the work area to the way it was before he arrived.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Have been using Catons Plumbing ( starting with other companies that Catons took over) for 30 years. I have NEVER been anything but happy with their professionalism and service.I am on wooded lot with root problems. When sewer line backed up today and I called they sent a service man out in less than an hour. The plumber was hear for hours until he was satisfied my line was a clear as he could make it. I’m in the process of having an addition built and even my construction crew was impressed by how quickly the call was answeredAdditionally the gentleman that answered the call was professional, curtious, pleasant, thorough, and explained everything he did.
