Ty has done a few jobs for me in recent years, and I would not call anyone else for plumbing needs. He is an expert in his field, and I can trust him to do a wonderful job. He always tries to save you money, and gives you a good price. He has a wonderful, kind personality, which puts you at ease and make the experience very pleasant and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I usually don't post public ratings, however. I scheduled 3 appointments with this company, referred by my home warranty. The first appointment ,I waited all day for the plumber. No show.(scheduled by Chrissy). I called the company .Another woman answers, I explained the no show. Come to find out the no show was due to my phone#being typed wrong, ok. Rescheduled the plumber comes out. From the jump he says the warranty is not going to cover my leaks or my clogged sink. He takes pictures and goes to his truck. Spent a half hour at the truck. Comes back. Warranty wont cover the pre-existing problems and gives me an estimate $575. I calls them for a third appointment because I need the work done. Talks to Chrissy and praying she doesn't mess up my appointment . She assures me someone can come the next day between 8-12. I had to beg to get the day off in such short notice, just incase the repair runs into my work schedule .Got the day off. 1130 today, I calls just to make sure the plumber still coming. I was put on hold by Chrissy(her name is very important to this story) she reminds me of the payment ,yes Im aware. Puts me on hold. Only to come back and say, maam we do not have a plumber scheduled for you today. Huh, I explains to her that I spoke with her yesterday. She says I dont remember. Hilarious.I then ask, well what day am I scheduled for? She says she doesn't see anything. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️I just said ok and hung up. Thank God for family owned businesses.

Bravo! Calling a plumbing service is like calling a dentist, you don't want to, but sometimes you have to. I am glad I called, making the appt was painless,and that was just the beginning, the service tech, Sherman was excellent, very thorough, clean and explained all I ever needed to know about what he was going to do & carried it out flawlessly!I already recommended to my nephew, and they made an appt for today!Thank you, thank you, thank you!Dave

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

We recently took advantage of the home heating inspection tuneup special that was offered by Horizon. Al Mayweather was the technican sent to service our home. He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! All of our questions were answered and then some! We feel blessed to have had Al as the technician sent.

I very highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing system needs - repair they know their craft. They diagnose exactly what the issue was no guessing. Laid out the plan to me how they would fix the issue. 30 years in the business was shown to us by the work that was done. after completion the work area was clean in the home and outside. Same when they came into the house to clear the drain. When they put in the new sewer pipe they put in two links so if they needed to come back they could clear the line to the city or from the house all included in the price which was fair. Thank you again for the excellent work in my home and outside pipe replacement drainage.
