Best Home Plumbing Repairs in Baltimore MD

We have been using this company for 6 years now. From water heater replacement, pipe relocations and plumbing leaks. I always get a quick response and they are out usually that day.

Ace plumbing has been my plumber of choice ever since first using in 2017. The owner is always responsive and very professional. I’ve had radiators removed, water softener installed, and plumbing help for various household issues. Appointments are always kept, services performed as expected and always with expertise and professionalism. Greatest plumber! Zero hesitation in recommending Joe Ace and his business.

While I am satisfied with the repair job that was done, it was absolutely ridiculous what the price was. About $70 total for a parts and that’s being generous. I was charged over $700 to fix 2 feet of pipe that I found in the house and opened up forms. It would be easy to get two. Two shark bites, and 2 foot of pipe. I will never use the service again and I intend to tell anyone that asked me about you guys the same thing. For some business that claims to not charge extra for weekends, we should we got the short end of the deal.

Did a very thorough job cutting roots out of pipe after clog caused toilet to run over. Spent almost 2 hours on the job and verified that roots were removed after cutting, versus other plumbers who just pop the clog and leave. Highly recommended!

Called after my sump pump suddenly started making loud noises. Spiro came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within minutes, then performed a test to ensure it was working properly. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged me 10x what he did, but only charged me for the visit. I appreciate the honesty and will only use Empire going forward. Thank you!

Suggest companies should be able to tell a customer how long a project may take in advance. I'm sure they are trained to make the most out of a job. Just wish I didn't have to call company back to have another technician to tighten a pipe next day. Overall service was ok
