Used Ron the Plumber to bump out outside hose faucet a few months ago which was quite pricey. Experienced a leak behind the siding with their piping and they wouldn't cover under warranty (before seeing what the problem was) and wanted to charge $65 just to diagnose the problem. Will not use again.

Caton’s has come through in a pinch several times. Candice and the water mitigation team were swift and effective in drying out water from a dramatic toilet break in my mother’s house. Zach recently replaced the broken toilet around our difficult schedule and worked with us on models and seats. Marvin drained a number of our pipes including the mainline in order to prevent the kind of backup we saw in 2021 in our basement which was a nightmare. Only wish we had found Caton’s years ago and turned to them earlier for their expertise. Would have saved significant grief and expense!

Khuma was very professional and very quick maybe 1 hour from the time I called! He had very nice snake machine and cleared the pipe in no time. Would highly recommend.

Kept getting coupons in the mail for the A/C tuneup so I figured sure might as well have it done. First Tech that came out did not do the complete job was just trying to sell a new unit, however Horizon stood behind their services and sent out a different tech who was very thorough and did a great job. Wish the first time it would have been right but I feel that's the tech not the company's fault .

Abbott was able to come in with their ‘trenchless’ method in a prioritized timeframe. I was most impressed with how efficiently and effectively they were cleaned up and all of our issues were fixed. I had a hot water heater go down in a rental unit of mine on a Wednesday. By Thursday morning AJM had a tech out to look at the unit and had a new unit installed by Friday morning. Needless to say that my tenant was ecstatic! Everyone, from the receptionist/service coordinator to the tech, was awesome to work with. They were professional, friendly and accommodating.
