They arrive when they say they will, inform the customer of the problem and how they will fix it, and then work efficiently to solve the problem. They charge a fair price and make a conscientious effort to rearrange their schedules in cases of emergencies. I am always grateful for their work and their friendships. I called them on a Monday afternoon and they were able to be here on Wednesday morning for a non- emergency issue. We needed to have the back flow of our sprinkler system tested and they were able to take care of it in one visit and offered some money saving options. Our water heater needed to be replaced after 20 years. L.J. Plumbing was recommended by Perry Hall Heating and Air and we are so happy they told us about them! Wes Butler and his dad
were awesome! I called on Tuesday afternoon. Our old water heater was a big tank, but Wes was able to find the new one despite shortage of water heater tanks (our size) due to the pandemic. They were at the house the next day. Everything went smooth! Also fixed our toilet. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the service I received fr Catons. We had previously gotten an estimate from another company to replace a trap in our bathroom, but when we were ready to do the work, the plumber was unresponsive. We were referred to Catons by a family friend and was immediately given an appointment. The technician Mr Hardy(sorry forgot your first name) called ahead, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate comparable to the one I received prior. I agreed to the price and he completed the work in timely fashion, showed me what was done and had me test for leaks. I will definitely reach out to them again for my plumbing needs.

Bryan was out to our house this past Tuesday, 12/08/2020. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He was able to clear our VERY clogged kitchen sink drain, all while maintaining social distancing with not only myself, but my two young children. If I use Stilwell again in the future (I only phrase it this way because I hope to avoid any and all future plumbing issues), I will definitely be asking for Bryan!

Replaced 3 valves and charged a whopping 650.00 . They knew I had to get it done, so they overcharged me. *Update*...the owner called me and offered me 50.00 and wanted me to change my review, so let me explain my review... 3 valves and one small piece of copper pipe cost 30 at most..if I paid 150.00 an hour for labor that would be 300.00..add another 30 to double the cost of supplies and you get 360.00 for a nice profit. Even run it to 450.00 for a really good profit. But 650.00 is pretty extreme. The only reason I had it done was because it was leaking in my basement and I just put 20grand into the basement redoing it. So no , I will not be using you're company in the future and you can keep your 50.00, apparently you need it more than me...the best part is if you charged me fairly I would have used your company more since I am looking for a plumber since mine moved away...so in the long run your losing out more than I am...
