On December 6 I called the customer service department to set up an appointment. I was told the earliest they can come out was on December 7th between 10:30 AM and 1 PM. I agree to the time and made the appointment. On December 7th I've received a phone call at 11:10 AM stating that the plumber was running behind on the previous job, as it was taking longer to complete. At 11:36 Ami received a text message stating that electrician would come to an address in virginia, on Thursday December 9th. I called the customer service department back and explained to them what had happened. After a brief wait, I was told to ignore the message and that it would not happen again. My phone number would be removed from this message. At 1 PM I call customer service back wanting to get an eta on the plumbers arrival. I was told that the plumber would call me when he was finished the job that he was at. At 1:36 PM received a phone call from the plumber standing he'd be there in 15 to 20 minutes. At 2:05 PM the plumber arrived and I showed him what work had to be done. I had a leaky faucet and a running toilet that had to be repaired or replaced. I was told that it would be easier to replace the faucet than to repair it. The costs to replace the faucet was $620, the costs for the repair was $305. The cost for the running toilet to be repaired was $268. I agreed to the repair of the toilet. It took the plumber roughly a 1/2 hour to replace everything and get the toilet to work. Lal was the plumber's name, He was excellent and professional the entire time he was here and I believe he did an excellent job in repairing the toilet. This is my 1st time using Michaels and son, My wife had used this service previously before I moved in. I would say for the money I spent on the repair the toilet was a little expensive and the cost for your new faucet or the repair was a little too much. If you don't mind spending a little more money for the work to be done, I would recommend this service for you.

Hired them to install a water heater and they did a great job! Was quick, knowledgeable and personable. He's already been back to take care of other plumbing issues (not related to the heater) and he is very reasonably priced! Definitely my go-to plumber from now on! Hopefully not too soon though! This company is simply one word : AWFUL. Scott showed up, went to the basement, looked at the sump pump pit for approximately 15 seconds then said this is not covered by the home warranty. I explained I talked to the warranty company (HSA), as well as, his office when I scheduled the appointment and they said it was covered. Scott told me I could pay him $635 and he could replace it in less than 10 minutes, but he wasn't doing the repair through HSA. He refused to wait while I called HSA ( I even showed him the contract showing the sump pump was covered) for authorization because he told me had paying jobs waiting. I called HSA after he left and they said they would cover the repair the tech just had to call in with the diagnosis, so I immediately called Stilwell and they said I was Scott's last job for the day and he was off and they had no way to contact him. Basically cost me a day off work, a service call fee and my sump pump is not working. HSA is sending a new company out tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM STILWELL PLUMBING! They are rude, liars that have no interest in working with you or your home warranty company or explaining why they can't (won't) do the job. It was obvious they just wanted their $90 service call fee for the 4 minutes they spent here and tried to hussle me for another $635.00.

I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and located the source of the problem without having to inflict additional damages, which would have resulted in a more costly repair. The price came under our expectations, and we were pleased with the results. Will recommend fully.
