professional employees, always impressive. I can tell the company is well managed by experiencing how the employees take care of business (to include phone interaction with office). Between new HVAC installation, twice annual maintenance, and gas fireplace cleaning, salesperson, installers, and upkeep personnel were 100% on-time and tidy (placing huge blanket down to protect my flooring, but even did the same in garage job area), consistently wearing clean booties over their workboots, vacuuming debris with vacuums that have strong, clean filters, all the while being polite, cordial, and professional. Great job communicating what they're going to be doing and how looked after their inspections. Excellent work results all around, I couldn't be any happier. A+ to Tyrone and Kingston for going the extra mile in their work results, thorough.

A big thank you to Rich for his politeness and timeliness for same-day service. He provided a comprehensive evaluation on the spigot leak in my foundation wall and completed a quality repair that fixed the previous homeowner's landlord special. I can sleep soundly now that the fixture is rectified and that my basement is protected from another flood.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! We hired Mobtown Mechanical to install a toilet for us. They were responsive, on time, and had fair pricing. Mike was respectful of our space, wore a mask while inside our home, and cleaned up after his work (including disposing of the old toilet for us). Joe came out this morning and got the restaurant back up and running. I would always recommend Stilwell for all my plumbing needs.

I contacted this company for an emergency heater repair after realizing my furnance had no pilot lit. The website promoted 24 hour servicing however, I had to wait 2 days before a technician could come out. Once out, the technician was professional and diagnosed a pressure switch replacement. He attempted to make a repair with a part, but later said he had to order the part and it would arrive within 2-3 days. He said at that time he would contact me to return to complete the repair. I was satisfied with that and purchased space heaters in the interim. After 2-3 days, no one contacted me. After 5 days, I called to follow-up and no one could provide an update. On the 7th day out, someone finally said the part was ordered, however, its sitting at the warehouse. I could not be provided an ETA for the part or any anticipated date to complete a repair. Again, no one ever called to update me or communicate a reason for the substantial delay. I had to reach out to this business for days when I could've used that time to find another company to service me. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and lack of regard/transparency given my emergency heating issue.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
