My hot water heater broke Friday night. I had to go out of town Saturday. By the time I got home Sunday the hot water heater was installed and is running great. Plus it comes with an 9-year warranty, so my hot water needs are going to be covered until 2030. I highly recommend Mobtown Mechanical

I trust no one but Mike with my pipes!

Highly recommend. The only shower in my house had a bizarre problem where it would run hot for 30 seconds and then suddenly nothing but lukewarm or worse after that. I had several plumbers try and fail to fix it. Nobody could figure it out. Mobtown was able to diagnose and resolve the problem after about one week and two visits. It was a huge relief to the entire family. Mobtown has my highest recommendation.

Mike is the North Central Baltimore resident Plumber. He is my go to when I’m in a pinch and also for any extensive plumbing work, e.g. roughing in kitchen and bathroom pipes, and he’s even happy to work with period applications like the installation of our early 1900s cast iron sink with original plumbing valves.

He’s a master at his trade, and willing to tackle some of the most obscure plumbing scenarios, which is often encountered in turn of the century Baltimore row homes. Additionally, he is a fantastic communicator and very responsive and realistic with his schedule. If you’re in Charles Village, Hampden, Waverly or other North Central neighborhood, he’s your guy.

We hired Mobtown Mechanical to install a toilet for us. They were responsive, on time, and had fair pricing. Mike was respectful of our space, wore a mask while inside our home, and cleaned up after his work (including disposing of the old toilet for us). We were very happy with Mobtown Mechanical's work, and will certainly use them again!
